hard work to get acceptable customer service
I experienced rather rigid customer service when I had a problem with my new Ninja Creami. It required perhaps too many emails and a little too much pressure from me for Ninja customer service to agree to the compromise solution I suggested, but they did eventually agree. So, ultimately I was offered an acceptable resolution, but its a shame I had to fight so hard to get it. Please Ninja, take more responsibility when your products dont work properly when they arrive with the customer by applying your warranty rules a little more flexibly - the risk and hard work should not all rest with the customer who has invested heavily in your product.

I ordered a Ninja Thirst bottle at 16.45 on Monday and it arrived the following morning!! Amazing service and a great bottle!! Bought as a gift as I already had one and love it!!

We are extremely disappointed
We are extremely disappointed with this coffee machine for several reasons:
• The machine is very difficult to set up, even for preparing a single cup of coffee. Despite extensive time spent on adjustments, training, and wasting coffee beans, we were unable to prepare even one truly good cup of coffee.
• Regardless of the selected settings, the machine always produces very short coffees. There is no noticeable difference between the S, M, L, or XL options.
• Water constantly leaks into the small drip tray, which needs to be emptied far too frequently.
• The machine is unable to properly dispense coffee beans, regardless of the chosen settings.
Considering the high price of this coffee machine, its performance is far below expectations. Therefore, the machine is going to be send back, respectfully we are expecting the amount we paid to be fully refund!

Bad customer support
requested the cancellation less than an hour after placing the order, during a regular weekday, so I was surprised to learn that it was already too late to stop shipment.

Title: Poor communication and frustrating delivery process
I placed an online order with Ninja in the evening. While reviewing my order shortly afterward, I noticed that my delivery address had been saved incorrectly. I immediately sent an email to inform them, but since it was nighttime, I understandably did not receive a response.
The next day, I called customer support. At that time, my order status still showed “in warehouse” in my account, but I was told that the package was no longer with them and that I should contact DHL instead. When I contacted DHL, they informed me that the shipment was still with the sender and had not yet been handed over.
I contacted Ninja support again and was told that the package had already left their facility, even though my order status continued to show that it was still in the warehouse. This contradictory information caused a lot of confusion.
As a result, I had to exchange multiple emails with DHL and Austrian Post, only to be told repeatedly that any address change must be initiated by the sender. After a great deal and unnecessary stress, I was ultimately forced to have the package delivered to a neighbor.
Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the process and the lack of clear and consistent communication.
