I had an A3 error on my shark mask, I contacted the customer support team who were great to work with and very quick to sort a return and replacement of the mask under my warranty.

I was really surprised by my free delivery experience. I ordered on the Saturday just before lunch, the consignment was delivered the next day, Sunday, around 1pm.

All your products are amazing,I did have an issue with one of your knifes,I contacted your customer service department by email and my replacement knife was delivered to me the following day,I could not believe it.
I definitely recommend you,I'm a super happy customer.

Package arrived to wrong house and box was torn open along the side. I had a quick check and I think the cover is missing but I don’t believe the pizza oven is damaged. I have taken pictures and will be contacting Ninja.

I don’t want to pull the whole set out as the product is meant to be a house warming present and I don’t want to make it even more ragtag than it is.

I didn’t see any contact form on the ninja website sadly so am not hopeful of quick resolution to the lack of cover in the box.

Amazing hoover best I've ever bought so powerful looks great very clever how it works and works brilliantly love the auto empty part makes life so much easier I've had it over a month and I'm still amazed how much dirt it picks up very lightweight and effective only issue i have is the battery doesn't last long when using boost mode 100% recommend to friends and family

As always from ordering my new product to receiving it was really quick and easy. My product arrived as described and was left with our neighbours as we were out. My product works as described and I am really pleased with it. Works really well & all washed in the dishwasher perfectly.

Ordering was easy- eventually. I was browsing cordless vacuums, then got a message offering s discount but couldn’t apply it to an order. It got sorted eventually. Once the order process was started everything was easy and delivery was surprisingly quick. We’re most impressed with our Powerdetectspeed ( who the heck comes up with these names?). Setting up was easy and it does a fantastic job on carpets and hard floors.
