Multiple holes in my tee after 5 washes.
So I have purchased 4 items from them, only one tank top is great material, cut, quality. One tee is ok, the picture was a bit missleading about the fit, but material, although heavy, ok. The third one, lightweight tee, has a hole after couple of
washes. Eye roll... But the last Lightweight Marl tee, has now so many holes, just after about five washes, that this is a serious problem with quality. Absolutely horrible. I've been waiting for 4 days for them to come up with solution. Also horrible customer service.
I forgot to say that before I have purchased two more items which needed to be returned due to being really ugly cut. Too big (the boyfriend grey sweatshirt..didnt even fit my boyfriend), and other tee was too boxy and short. Didnt get refund for the 5 pounds postage.
Overall, very poor company. That was my last purchase. Please, be decent, and refund me for the item which is falling apart after three months.
Thank you.
PS: the reply email is created by AI...and NoBody is reaching to you!! Not even the AI after the first reply. Horrible.
Framed for "dirtying" an item
I tried to exchange an item. Weeks went by, with no updates. I messaged customer service, who informed me the delay was due to quality control checks – bizarrely they found flecks of "fluff and mud" on the item. I tried them at home once. Since I had no proof they were in unworn condition when I posted them, I had to accept the £5 deduction.
Previously bought lots before, but won't again.

Had a total nightmare trying to return items! phone numbers given are unavailable. Was slightly disappointed with the quality too. I will never use them again.
The customer service is awful!
The customer service is awful, you have to pay for your returns, no reply on life chat or emails, nothing! Think twice before you order, otherwise be ready for a long waiting time if you need to contact them.
Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. I have Cancelled my order and no
One replies to messages and I’m
Waiting for a refund. Emailed several times and you have an AI answering and no human. Awful!!!
I cannot rate this company enough
I cannot rate this company enough, I really love the style and quality of their clothes. Everything I have bought is great quality and washes well, the returns process is easy, refunds are processed quickly and customer service is great.
Just not worth it
Just paid £9 in total to try on a pair of M size joggers that could’ve fitted two of 10-12 size ol’ me. There are other places out there who do the same thing WAY better, and offer free P&P, especially for returns. Go there.
Cannot recommend highly enough!
I came across this website via ‘who what where’ I’m usually one that checks trustpilot reviews before placing orders on websites I’ve nit heard of/used before but this time, I trusted in the website (who what wear) that I found them on and didn’t even think of checking trust pilot. I placed an order for 6 items, (almost £200’s worth!)
Then for some reason afterwards I thought about checking reviews, I was filled with doubt after reading low star reviews, negative comments etc etc, reflecting on the source I found them I did some further research to check the source was trusted, I found Ninety Percent has also been featured in ‘Grazia’ and other well known, trusted fashion mags. I was put more at ease but had yet to receive any goods.
I was expecting a delivery 3 business days later - having ordered on Thursday, I was anticipating delivery on Tuesday the following week. However, the order was delivered on Sunday! So, three days in total from ordering to delivery!
Nevertheless, after reading some poor reviews, I was dubious about whether the products would be as well crafted and of good quality as sold to me by the magazines, wondering if real people were more reliable and the products wouldn't actually match up to what is advertised in the magazine but in fact each piece is outstanding!
The materials used are fantastic, they look and feel good quality! The sizing actually matches the descriptions (unlike so many other brands as of late). I love each piece!
I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Please do not be put off by previous reviews because my experience with ninety percent couldn’t have gone better.
I feel the clothes are priced fairly if not almost too cheap for the quality that they are! (I’d expect to have paid more).
I am more than happy with my purchase! Furthermore, I do not have to return one item.
I honestly can’t speak highly enough of ninety percent after having some doubts!
My only negative point would be that there isn't more on their website, that I could buy, but this is intentional and with good reason as the designs are slow fashion pieces. I’ll have to wait until next season to buy more because I will be buying more for sure!!
rediculous shipping and return costs poor quality clothing
The item was nothing like in the photographs. The proportions were off.The quality fabric was extremely poor and not correctly described on the website. The shipping costs were twice the rate of the price a normal shipping company charges and you have to pay your own return costs, which if you do so via the portal is twice the normal costs. I spend just over 100 euro's and got not even half that amount back. Pls think twice before you buy in their webshop.
Beautifully Made Quality Clothing
I have made two orders with Ninety Percent and received beautifully made cotton t-shirts and tank tops that arrived so quickly! The quality is wonderful. Thank you to the people who made them.
I'm glad I found 90%
I'm glad I found 90%. Love the ethos, love that they're not taking jobs out of developing nations but instead are improving the lives of their factory workers. I got some joggers and I'm really pleased with them. Will shop here again when I need something. Realistically I'm giving a 4.5 out of 5 because I do wish their packaging came with less paper, and the free shipping price point is awfully high at £150
A Wardrobe Staple That Lasts
I bought a white cotton shirt from Net-a-Porter about five years ago, and I still wear it to this day. Most white shirts look terrible after a few years, but that hasn’t been the case with this one. So, I decided to revisit this brand and pick up other basic items. The quality you get at this price point is better than other beloved brands like Leset, which I had to stop buying from because their items look terrible after just one wash.
I am not surprised at how many poor…
I am not surprised at how many poor reviews Ninety Percent have. I am currently trying to exchange an item for a different colour and because I was one day past the returns period, they are telling me they won’t let me return it. It’s honestly ridiculous, as a first time customer, why they won’t allow a goodwill exchange given the fact I was one day past and I’m not asking for a refund. Honestly so shocked at their lack of customer service. Will be raising with trading standards and escalating the situation.
Terrible customer service & inconsistent quality/sizing
Sizing is all over the place as is the quality of the products. My last 2 orders I did not receive a pre-printed returns label as stated, it’s now been 5 days since I emailed asking for one and I’ve received no response. The phone number on the invoice is not in service.
If the products quality and sizing was consistent I would not need to return, but the total lack of customer service is terrible. I will not shop again.
Do not buy from this site
Do not buy from this site! You will be charged extra for VAT. The website clearly states that they cover the shipping and taxes, but when I received by order I also go a bill from UPS for 100 € extra. The customer service team at Ninety Percent have told me for 3 weeks now that they are working with UPS to resolve this but have done nothing. For my trouble I was offered a 15% discount code. Not good enough
Poor Customer Service but nice products
The product was great but too big - sent back but been unable to contact company for refund- no one answers telephone and thd Email option didnt work - worried about refund
Update- recieved an Email informing me that refund is on its way - I'm very glad of this as the products are lovely
item falling apart, no response
Ordered four items and returned two without any issue.
The hoodie zip jumper has started to fall apart at the front after about 5 wears and just 1 wash cycle. The place makes it difficult to fix myself so I will need to pay to get it repaired properly.
I contacted Ninety Percent via their online form with my order number and got an automatic acknowledgement but no one ever replied. Really disappointed. Won’t be buying from here again.
DO NOT buy from this company on their…
I am changing my review as I just spoke to the loveliest person at the company. They had been working on a return label for me. As such, I am a fan once again of Ninety Percent! Great clothes. I’m certain the return will process without any issues!
DO NOT buy from this company on their website if you live in the US. Should you need to return something you will spend more than items are worth to return. Customer service is no help. Phone number not a good number. I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for 3 weeks with no help from customer service. I’m about to contact a friend I’m the media as shopping and shipping issues are on everyone’s mind.
Tshirts feel incredibly soft
Ordered some tshirts for myself and for Christmas gifts. They are a little thinner than usual but durable, comfortable, stylish and very soft. Well made and quality fabric. When I changed into it I immediately noticed how nice it felt next to my skin. I love it so much I'm ordering more to wear as undershirts, tshirts and bedwear, it's so comfy.

Great organic material and giving concept. My joggers fit like a dream.
