I bought 1 tshirt from the company. I love thier designs and the fact it's run by veterans. I was going to buy more but just wanted to check one out first. I'm glad I only ordered one. The quality of... See more

Made in CHINA!!!!

I purchased a dog collar from Nine Line Apparel.
When I received the product, I noticed it was manufactured in China. Had I known this product was manufactured in China, I would not have purchased....period!
I choose not to purchase products made in China.
I respectively requested that Nine Line Apparel allow me to return this product for a full refund. Their response follows. Although they say they accept returns, they have refused to honor my request.

Thank you for contacting us. All of our American Made products are advertised on our website, I do apologize that the one chosen was not made in the US. Unfortunately, per our policy, we do not refund shipping charges back as we provide the prepaid return shipping label for you to send it back to us free of charge. I do apologize. At this time, we can offer a product refund or store credit.
Very Respectfully,
Christina Mclaughlin

unacceptable

the plastic mask thats 40$ is well done except not proper for any true C-19 protection. I purchased ours few days ago and my wife works as a NP in the hospital on covid 19 floor once a month rotation and all day she said that by the eye corner air would leak out after exhaling air which is not good. not worth you risking your life. sorry do not recommend it .

Proud Americans,serving proud Americans!

Don't let a few negative reviews deter you from ordering from this company.I agree that the face masks were not of the highest quality, but I only paid $5 for 10 of them. The shipping was more than that.I have ordered a lot of stuff from this company, and it has been of the highest quality.I ordered a jacket that was on sale,it was defective, and after contacting customer service that day, another jacket arrived to me,before they received the one that I shipped back to them. They are owned and staffed by the men and women that risked their lives to defend our freedom and our rights. Please support the people that are doing their best to keep America strong and free.ALL GAVE SOME,SOME GAVE ALL!
I give them all much love and respect.

Sadly the worst mask ever made

Sadly the worst mask ever made. Have seen better product on wish.com. I have bought better stuff made I China. Companies like this give the Made in America label the worst name. I want my $17 dollars back. Either that. Admit that you guys a scam company and you robbed people of their money. It goes to show how Fox news its self shows fake news in saying how good the company is. Fox news should be refunding people also.

Horrible quality and customer service.

I waited for over a month for the worst face masks I’ve ever seen. Literally, any person down the street (or yourself) can make a better one. They do not respond to emails. They do not pick up the phone. Absolutely horrible company that puts on some façade that they are “patriotic” and “American- made”. Yeah, right-that’s why you’re ripping off American citizens with these “masks” that were cut out of a thin sock with safety scissors? And you make people wait for over a month to even get them? How dare you attach our country’s name and military to push an unbelievably substandard product via abysmal customer service.

I bought black masks to protect myself…

I bought black masks to protect myself from the Coronavirus, and after seeing the company's advertisements I was tempted to purchase a 10-unit package limited to one pack per customer [also a promotional trick] The masks I received were made of very thin fabric that could even filter dust. Seamless, just a piece of rag that partially covers the face. I felt scammed,

Terrible service

Terrible service. Will not answer a simple question about a pending order even though their auto-response says they will get back within 72 hours. It's now been 11 days and I've sent three total emails asking about an order I placed. No response.

Don't both with the masks unless you're desperate

I just received the 5 masks that I purchased 4/1 - delivery 3-7 working days. Received today 4/16. Paid $5 for 5 masks and $9 for 2 day shipping. So glad I didn't spend more than that. They're barely useable - cut out of material that is 2 pieces with a slash for you ears. No sewing. I was desperate so it's fine but truly, they're awful.

Second to none

I have bought several clothing items from this company and absolutely love the merchandise and what the company stands for. Even when I had to get a replacement item, they were very courteous and prompt getting my new item sent to me. Nine Line is second to none!!!
