They thrive on excuses. Not filling orders.

Ordered a single long sleeve shirt 10 July. After having contacted them several times and getting canned response and excuses from customs service. Received the wrong size the first week of August. Immediately returned it and after contacting them again several times. More excuses and canned responses. Told them to cancel and refund me. They have lost me as

Customer. I will no
Longer wear or advertise nor will I freely promote their company and I will tell everyone I know to avoid ordering from them as they used to be a great company but they have forgotten it was the customers that built them.

Horrible customer service

I placed an order on July 7 and have emailed them a few times, but I keep getting the same response that the Customer Service Manager will ensure the order is processed. It's now 7/22, and outside of the canned email responses, no one has contacted me about the delay, and the order still shows as "Unfullifed".

I am all about supporting Veteran owned companies, but not when they have this poor customer support.

Payed for 3 to 5 days for shipping on…

Payed for 3 to 5 days for shipping on june 27 and still waiting 3 weeks later called them twice and said they are on the press and that was a week ago and said I would receive items on July 15 no order so called again and was told it was on the press and it will be shipped next week don't think I will order from them again

Don’t ever buy from this place

I ordered two orders of at least 15 different items in each order spent way over $100-$200 never even got my package. It’s been over a month the tracking number links to some long list of postal things that basically says that it was delivered and I’ve never received anything I’ve reached out to the company with no response. I’m starting to wonder if this company relieved and exist don’t buy from this place veterans take your money elsewhere these people treat anybody that served like crap

Nine Line Crashes and Burns

To be honest, I have a dozen or two of Nine Line Apparel's graphic t-shirts. But this last order of their special order t-shirts standing for Texas really was horrible. The graphics looked like they ran out of ink during the silk screening printing process. I contacted Nine Line's customer service and provided them with photographs of my shirts. Their answer was oh those are distressed designs, the shirts are supposed to look like that. Distressed? The designs didn't look so "DISTRESSED" in the website photographs. If a company refuses to stand behind their merchandise then I don't have to purchased anything from that company again. The shirts are being returned and I will not purchase again from Nine Line again. I will stick with Grunt Style.

Company has gone downhill

Over the past several years, I have purchased over 40 shirts from NL. Recently, the quality has just gone downhill. Shipping never was fast but now it’s horrible and takes forever, customer service takes too long to respond, new shirt designs aren’t creative anymore and they don’t carry “black”. It’s this weird tri-blend material that has way too much grey in it and it feels weird on my skin. If they bring back “black” shirts, I’d consider buying from them again. Until then, I’ll buy from other Vet companies like Grunt Style.

Poor Service!

Something is very wrong with this company…are they in trouble?

I’ve shopped with Nineline in the past and had a great experience. The last order arrived 3 weeks late and the most recent order is over 4 weeks without communication from Nineline. These were Christmas gifts. It’s now going into the 5th week. I will be canceling the order.

I do not recommend ordering anything from them!

Garbage company.

Garbage people. Garbage company. Ordered from them, and it stated it would ship in three days. Over two weeks later and I still don’t have it. Emailed them to cancel my order a week ago, and they just never answered. Look at their BBB reviews. I filed a complaint with the BBB (there’s tons on there against this company), and their response was essentially “we know we said we were gonna send it out and didn’t, but now we sent it out.” DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolute garbage company

Absolute garbage company. Placed an order for Christmas in December 8 for around $300 worth of gifts. Got an "estimated" ship date of the 15th. 16 rolls around and nothing. Email them on their site. Nothing. 17 rolls around and still nothing. Email them again, and again nothing. 18...same thing, more email, more nothing. Called on the 18th and 19th, no answer, goes straight to voicemail. Left voice mail. Zero call backs, NOTHING. Emailed them directly on the 20th. NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING. Filed complaint with Paypal. Got shipping notice on the 21st, won't arrive until way after Christmas.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. You are better off order crap from the likes of China Aliexpress than this outfit.

I have purchased a few Christmas…

I have purchased a few Christmas presents from them early in December. Still have not received the order. i have tried to call and email them. No answer to either forms of communication. I am going to have to go shopping for the 3 gifts this week. Not happy at all!

This will be the last time I order…

This will be the last time I order anything. Been waiting for my order of hoodies for Christmas presents. Nothing yet. Quick enough to take my money out of checking account. This is the second time this happened. thought I would give you another chance. No more orders from me,learned my lesson!!!

Horrible customer service

I have ordered from this company multiple times in the past and have not had an issue, however, I ordered from them on November 11 and still have not received the order. I have tried reaching out to customer service and have had no luck. This was a large order that was supposed to be Christmas presents. As a wife of a deployed soldier, I try my best to support, small businesses, especially when they are on by veterans, but I am highly disappointed in this company, and will be taking future business to a different company.

Awful customer care

This company used to be fantastic. I placed four orders in total, three of which were wonderful. Recently, the customer service has gone significantly downhill. It took me over eight weeks to get my order and when I did it was incorrect and now they are not responding to me to return the order. I will never order from this company again, and I’m so glad other people are posting to warn others.

Horrible customer service. Order At Own Risk

Horrible customer service ordered a shirt on September 2 after two weeks of not hearing anything I finally sent an email two more days later I got a response saying oh yeah our mistake someone will be in contact with you shortly with the shipping number. A week later still nothing not even a status of the order. Finally I emailed back customer service and threatened to file a fraud claim with my credit card company and I'd like to cancel my order and magically the order got shipped out immediately. I'm not completely convinced this isn't a scam company that's using patriotic customers and the umbrella of veteran owned to steal from people. I would be very cautious of ordering anything from this company online.

Absolutely No customer service

Absolutely No customer service. Three weeks after paid for product and no shipment and No response from customer service. No human being answers phone calls. Careful doing business with the company.

Horrible Service

I wish I could leave them less than 1 star. Ordered 3 shirts on June 17th. Today is July 6th and they still have not shipped. I've received to emails explaining to me how hard they are working to fulfill my order. Easy solution...... refund my money!

Huge let down

Ok. So 2 stars because they use to be good. No more. Horrible customer service. Ordered 2 men's t shirts a sticker and was supposed to get a free short sleeve t shirt. Was for Fathers Day. Was supposed to be here the Monday or Tuesday after. Did not receive it over a week after supposed delivery. Started trying to call. 5 times and no one answered and no return call
Emailed customer service at least 5 times. Finally got an answers that they had NO answers. Really!!! Use my order number I sent you to see what was going on. I have bought a lot of Nine Line merchandise No more. If I had two weeks of trying for this order why would I waste my time and money patronizing them. I supported them as I am a huge veteran supporter. I will just find another veteran apparel company
I was very honest with them that if I did not hear back I would dispute my transaction and post on Trustpilot. Apparently they don't care ( they took my money out immediately). These companies need to realize all your small customers are what makes a company successful. Word of mouth , wearing the product, etc. They let a loyal customer down.

Update: Finally heard back from customer service Ti be fair she was very nice and totally understood my disappointment. However that being said still shame on Nine Line. She said they only have two customer service representatives. That's unbelievable and not smart business. They did make it right so that's a plus.
