I wanted to buy from this site as I thought it was an Irish website as it was .ie but my package was shipped from USA and I had to pay an import charge. My order took 2 weeks to arrive and when it did, it was in a second hand amazon prime box. My order was over €500 and there wasn't anything else in the box, such as an invoice or a thank you note. I am happy that I have my items now, but unfortunately due to my experience and using this website under false pretences I will never use it again. Also I found the customer service wasn't very helpful.

Customer services always respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible, which is the best way to be in touch with with the clients.
the only issues that need to be improvements is staff need to inform the clients before purchasing the products e.g..are in stocks instead you ordered the products then find out it will take a month to get delivered. overall Ninelife is the best.

I thought I was buying from an Irish company but product came from America, I was fine with that I didn’t have to pay Customs and it arrived in good time.

The product is really helpful in pain relief after my knee surgery. This product didn’t have the motor pump as expected but made it more portable and worked just as well without it. The air valve however wasn’t perfect but after a while it really didn’t matter.

It exactly says what it states on the box.

I purchased replacement straps for a pectus brace. The straps are the perfect size. Saved me money because otherwise I would have had to purchase the entire brace again.

So after God knows how many attempts, this SCAM of a company is still refusing to honour there promise of a refund, I ask each and every one who is thinking of purchasing from these thieves to look elsewhere, you Will be sorely dissatisfied NZ-NL#P635173311

I ordered shoe inserts for my husband online, they arrived, they are perfect and super suited to his condition. spot on, thank you.

All was fast and generally ok . However, as the website is .ie I expected to receive the item from some Irish warehouse. It was not a very pleasant surprise to get a request for the additional payment when the parcel was already in my city. It is worth sending a notice that the customer will have to pay for the customs fees separately.
