Good ordering but frustrating delivery

The ordering process on line was very good,however concerning the delivery, it was not! It was not made clear that the product was coming from the US and so took a long time with vague updates. It was therefore very frustrating.

Best lipstick in Europe

Happy with the products, which are the best tested in the last 10 years. Nothing better like them in the European market. Tested similar products from France, Belgium, Norway, but nothing such good healing.
I use them since ten years before.

The order got delayed a bit, and friendly customer service rep. Support me during the package journey. Very happy and will come back.

I think they forgot me for a while

I think they forgot me for a while. But then I sent them an email and they answered very kindly and my product arrived very soon. I was very happy, the product is excellent! Stone-root capsules 💊. I still needed to pay some extra toll though, but I think the price was OK. Thank you. 🙏
