The product I received is faulty and unusable and I have tried to get a replacement or a refund from the "organisation" but have come to understand from my dealings with them (phone calls and emails - they were super dodgy, evading to answer to my demand for either an exchange or a refund) that the site is a scam, charging three times the price for their items than elsewhere, and refusing to honour the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act. Their refund policy states that they will resolve issues within 14 days of receipt. I was offered a $50 refund to keep a product that cost $254.00 that was faulty. As this is a compression garment, the fault would have led to ladders rendering the garment useless for purpose. Upon doing some research after my unsatisfactory confrontations with Ninefit.nz I have found there are a lot of official review sites reporting that Ninefit.nz and its sister companies are scam sites.

Dont spend your money here please!
I still haven't received any of my money back and it has almost been a year. You can also clearly see how fake some of these reviews are. The reviewers use the same formats for every review they make. Dont get fooled!

This store is a scam. Everything is triple the price and when I asked for a refund they said they would and never responded after that. I had to go through PayPal to dispute and finally was refunded. The positive reviews are not real, at least 85% because if you actually read them, they don't make sense and are often not in context to the store. Very rarely does someone mention the actually thing they bought, it's usually, "They have good products, " or "I am happy with my new appearance, your products are fabulous, of high quality, I recommend Ninefit product100%, I am very satisfied with the shipping service, my product arrived earlier than I expected, thanks.
