You want good reviews, but I don't know why. I still haven't received my order and I don't know where it is. Secondly, when it turned out the washing brush didn't fit the set, you didn't replace it even though I asked because the package was packed and that was before May 27th. Delivery was supposed to be by June 2nd, but it's probably still in stock, unshipped, although few people know where.

Took a while from order date to arrive otherwise happy

I purchased a Nilfisk Premium 200 pressure washer in December 2024 and have generally been happy with the machine itself. Unfortunately, the G5 spray gun failed after around 18 months of normal domestic use.

When I contacted Nilfisk support, I was informed that guns, hoses and other accessories are only covered by a six-month warranty due to being considered "high wear and tear" items. I explained that I felt a key operating component on a premium pressure washer should last considerably longer than this and raised concerns about the durability of the G5 gun, particularly as there appear to be similar reports online from other users.

Nilfisk's final response was to offer a one-time 15% discount on the purchase of a replacement gun. While I appreciate the gesture, I was disappointed that no further assistance was offered given the age of the machine and the nature of the failure.

The customer service team were polite and responded promptly throughout, which is why I am not leaving a one-star review. However, I feel that the durability of the G5 spray gun and Nilfisk's handling of the issue fell short of the expectations I would have for a premium product.

Potential buyers should be aware that key accessories such as the spray gun are only covered for six months and may need replacing at their own expense if they fail outside that period.

Pleased with my purchase

Ordering and delivery all good. Only slight issue was registering the product to obtain the ten year warranty. The Nilfisk website was very reluctant to accept my inputs and when it did, the warranty certificate was not emailed as it should have been. I had to email customer services and request a certificate which was duly sent, although they didn't want to accept that the original hadn't arrived. I haven't tried the power washer yet, but my previous Nilfisk washer was great so I have confidence in the brand.

I would just like to say: we bought this washer at Santa Pod and having used it for the first time yesterday - it’s fantastic and it feels great to have found a product that does what it says. My husband is a very happy man! Your staff were so very nice I think you should give them a rise!!

Brilliant piece of kit! Great design, robust and highly effective jet washer. Worth every penny. So glad I spent the extra money and stepped up from the entry level Karcher. Came promptly by courier. Nilfisk seem like a company on top of their game

From ordering to delivery was great. Haven’t used it yet. So looking forward to it.

My warranty claim regarding a faulty hose on my Nilfisk Core 150 was handled very quickly and professionally. Communication with the service department was excellent throughout the whole process, and the replacement machine was sent without unnecessary delays.

I already owned a c120 pressure washer and was looking to upgrade. I watched a number of YouTube reviews in particular Auto Care HQ. I favoured the E170 but thought it a bit expensive, from watching the review I decided on the E160, fortunately Auto Care had a discount code for nilfisk products. I bought it and was advised of a delivery date, however DPD delivered a few days early. I have given it a brief test on patio slabs and I and more than satisfied. I would recommend Nilfisk pressure washers for their quality manufacturer, pricing and delivery service. There was also an opportunity to extend the guarantee, which I did, I don't expect to call on it.

Excellent delivery and a great jet wash, what I really like the most is the pressure can be adjusted for delicate items.

The delivery was quoted as two to five business days after despatch, mine arrived promptly after only two business days. I was very impressed with the the pressure washer which seemed to be be very good quality and looked impressive. My only problem was feeding the provided screws through the lance holder and then getting the threads to bite and cut their own thread into the housing. I would suggest that Nilfisk should provide a lead in into the hole for threading or provide better self tapping screws.

Really impressed with my Nilfisk 200 jet washer. It’s powerful, easy to use, and feels much better built than cheaper pressure washers I’ve owned before. The long hose is really handy and the adjustable pressure works great for both the car and patio cleaning. It’s quiet compared to other models and does an excellent job removing dirt quickly. A bit expensive, but definitely worth it for the quality and performance.

It is impossible to get any form of customer service from this company. I have sent about 4 emails, none of which have been replied to. The phone number does not work for end consumers. I have returned the patio cleaner and heard nothing

Excellent communication and was delivered the next day.

Whilst there was a slight complication with delivery, having now used the Nilfisk Excellent 160 Pressure Washer for several weeks for various tasks such as cleaning terrace, garden furniture and car washing, it is an absolute joy to use. The build quality is superb with ease of use and storage of accessories and power cable all engineered into the design. The game changer for me is the flexible 10M long pipe that connects to the lance, which is very easily extracted and rewound from its integral reel. The jet washer has an abundance of power and is remarkably quiet. Syzmon and Eidi were both very efficient in resolving the delivery complication.

Box arrived after ordering to a nearby Power Tools Store and was in perfect condition. Easy to put together and used twice.
Had an issue and contacted Nilfisk direct as I was out of my official 30 days 'dead on arrival' warranty. Nilfisk emailed and asked for Serial No and Receipt email. Done then asked by return email to show item with plug snipped off. Did that and new machine in box arrived 1 1/2 days later.
This is exeptional Customer Service and is very much appreciated. Thanks to Szymon for co-ordinating it all and it only took less than a week and only that long because I was tardy in getting back to Nilfisk.
Great experience and will recommend the company to any who ask.
