No idea how good this Power Washer is because I haven’t received it yet. Ordered 10 days ago and despite of the claimed delivery speed of between 3-5 days it’s still not arrived. Trying to get any worthwhile information from customer services is like getting blood out of a stone

It would’ve been very easy to have gone onto a website, identified my product, and all of the part without having to send an email with proof of purchase and photographs of the model plate on the appliance and then wait for an answer and a link from the manufacturer.
Once I was able to identify the product and order it to the delivery was well organised and relatively quick

Super build quality
Haven't tied it yet as the weather has not been good. However the quality of the build looks excellent and a bonus is having an induction motor. The long hose is really nice and supple, far better than my previous Karcher.

A beast of a machine.
I have had a few pressure washers over the years but this one is absolutely superb. Its a solid piece of kit , you need two people to lift it out the box. I have the 180 premium and it's a beast of a machine , you get two nozzles which are heavy and so well made . It works perfectly and easy to use and handle, the results are simply awesome. I just cannot speak highly enough of the performance and outcome.

You want good reviews, but I don't know why. I still haven't received my order and I don't know where it is. Secondly, when it turned out the washing brush didn't fit the set, you didn't replace it even though I asked because the package was packed and that was before May 27th. Delivery was supposed to be by June 2nd, but it's probably still in stock, unshipped, although few people know where.
