I caught the top glass screen on my Z8 and cracked it.
I went through the procedure to send the camera back to Nikon. Once that was done, I printed off the address form and completed the on line questions about what I was including in the box. I took the camera to a drop off Ups point and off it went. You then get a link so you can watch the progress of the repair. Just over a week and I had my camera back. Payment was easy (although I rang then the do this). Such an amazing service. Highly recommend. You can always ring someone if you have any questions. Excellent service.

I accidentally dropped my Nikon Z9 and, damaged camera as well and a loan lens (600mm f/4 TC VR S) from NPS. The NPS team led Rob Macneice, and Nikon customer service team were great. They loaned me a Z9 camera while my own sent in for repair so I can continue working. Overall I had a great experience and I’m delighted to have my camera back working good as new! The best bit was the speed of delivery once my repair was finished and paid for! I had my camera back within just days!

I had my camera repaired during July 2025. The customer service team were great. They answered all my questions quickly and with clarity. They were also accommodating and understanding regards payment. Overall I had a great experience and I’m delighted to have my camera back working good as new! The best bit was the speed of delivery once my repair was finished and paid for! I had my camera back within days!

My 16 year-old 70-200mm lens had a servo issue. I returned the lens to Nikon for repair.
The experience was excellent…. the repair tracking was timely and informative at every step, the communications with the repair staff was clear and very helpful, the outcome was very successful.
They fully deserve the 5 star rating.

First class service from start to finish, delighted with the service I received from Nikon, you do have to wait a few weeks for your camera to be repaired but you are kept informed throughout the entire process.

I was planning to trade or sell my D750, On inspecting it, WEX photographic flagged a shutter issue which i hadn't really been aware of as it was a back up. They sent me a link to Nikon as they informed me of a service advisory regarding the self same issue.
Never in my dreams did i expect Nikon to honour this after 10 years but yes they did!
New shutter mechanism, complete service, sensor and mirror clean and firmware updated all free of charge

I have a Nikon P900, while it takes good photos, it also freezes, and has now decided to flash a message stating Card not present, it's not much more than a paperweight. I contacted Nikon through their website with the hope of sending the camera for repair, but have yet to receive an email.

As a working photographer sending a damaged camera to Nikon UK for repair it took 42 days before I could get it back. Why don't they employ some more technicians?

I had Nikon 400mm f2.8 that required a new autofocus motor. The repair service organised the pick-up and after only 10 days I had my lens back working better than ever. The customer service was excellent and kept me informed at every step of the journey. Probably the best customer service experience I've had with any company

My camera had a fault and was out of warranty. All the necessary details online were completed and the camera sent off. Estimate was agreed but there seemed to be a delay in the repair even though I am a Nikon NPS member but this was down to a parts supply issue - expensive camera needing brain surgery. Turns out my NPS membership hadn't been connected to the repair but I have to say that Nikon dealt with this superbly and a loan camera was sent out to me immediately and the repaired camera followed very soon afterwards. I cannot fault Nikon for service on this occasion.

Very efficient service for repair of D850. Technical and admin staff were helpful. I was kept informed of progress throughout and had the issue explained to me and the repair cost was minimal.

I use my 70-300 lens a lot and I was very sad when the bayonet mount broke. Nikon, however, were amazing and they sorted a like-new repair for a very reasonable amount. I have the satisfaction of knowing the repair is as good as new - and made with original quality parts.

Although they couldn’t repair my lens, they were certainly very helpful. They sent details of how to pack my lens and a free postage label for UPS. Because they hadn’t the parts to repair my lens, they returned it free of charge. So I bought a reconditioned lens off their website which is absolutely fantastic. Thanks Nikon.
