I wanted to get my binoculars repaired but they were obsolete with no spares available. I was offered a good deal on a new pair which was great as they came in a very short time.

I recently purchased a pre-loved Z8 and when I checked on the Nikon website discovered that the previous owner had not had the requisite factory recall repairs made (the lug coming unscrewed).
I logged my details on the Nikon UK website and was sent by return a prepaid shipping voucher.
Sent it off and within a mater of days was contacted to say it had been carried out was I going to be in to receive the camera. As it happens I was away for a week so Nikon service kept the camera, rang to confirm I was back before sending it.
Overall an excpetional service. Very Helpful and efficient.

Needed a few minor repairs for 3 Nikon D7500 cameras. I was very impressed with the service, in particular being able to monitor the progress of each individual camera. Superb customer service.

Great service from Nikon UK, the damaged camera was collected, repaired and returned all within the quoted time scale. The price was also extremely reasonable for all the repairs carried out.
I was kept up to date on the progress of the repair, and received regular emails from the service department.
The camera was returned in perfect condition and also given a full service.
I would definitely recommend Nikon UK, if you require a repair or service of your equipment.

Nikon quoted me £61 and up to a 21 day turn around to clean my Z7 sensor. The camera was returned in under 10 days and as always they had done a good job.
I've had several repairs done by Nikon over the years and I've always been satisfied with the work and price, so yes I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I sent my Nikon camera body for a service and a new shutter mechanism. Even though the parts had to be shipped in from elsewhere and the repair took longer that expected, Nikon kept me up to date with it's progress and they also provided me with a replacement camera body while mine was being repaired. Everything went really smoothly in terms of the collection and return of my camera and I am very happy with the experience.

I sent my camera to Nikon asking for a service as it has been playing up, and asking them to tell me what it needed, they replied as I expected that it had had some hard use over the years and told me some of the things that were needed, and I received a fresh quote, telling them to go ahead was a no brainer, it came back like a new camera, love it!

Repair of my main camera body was done very quickly and the camera came back looking like new, cleaned sensor and the firmware upgraded. Absolutely 1st class service done in a fast turnaround time (8 days) I have also purchased murmurous items from the online store, which have always delivered quickly by UPS.

My binoculars were accidentally damaged, still within 10 year parts warranty but no long an active product. As could not be repaired I was offered replacement pair of newer version for price of labour had repair been possible. Kept informed throughout process and delivery was sorted speedily.

Had my camera and a lens in for service, First time I've ever done this. I was impressed with the communication from Nikon, they kept me informed at every stage of the process. They gave me a price as to what the cost would be for the service, so I had no shock at the end. They also replaced my lens for a new one as spare parts for my original one would be months down the line, this was for the price of the service, I was speech less and well chuffed, thanks Nikon.

This was done quickly and under warranty with good communication throughout the process.
I was also pleased because the Nikon binoculars are the best I’ve ever owned.

Had to send my D850 in for repair and a service by NPS; the whole process was dealt with extremely efficiently from start to finish, with great communication throughout - necessary as there was a delay while a required part was sent from Japan. Not the cheapest solution, but up there certainly with the very best and worth every penny.
