It’s been 25 days and nothing has arrived, no emails have been answered and I am now looking into reporting the site as fraudulent

Takes too long to redeem purchase
Made purchase 9/10/24 and have not received my items yet as of 9/16/24. Should not have to wait this long to redeem a purchase
