The Product is good, but would have received 5 stars had it included batteries - which I had to buy separately.
The Thermal is awesome and great for finding critters at night.

The product is well made but the lack of operational instructions is lacking. I bought both the night vision and heat. I cannot get the heat to function properly. Without instructions for operational issues it is difficult to correct the problem.

My order arrived in a torn box with no batteries and no charger which is what I purchased with my order!
Please help me make sense of this situation?

When I got my order in the mail, I got it charged up and it was just as advertised when I tried it out.

Product is great and works as advertised. The assembly quality is a little low, mounting screws on my thermal were cross threaded and loose. Shipping is kind of slow but I did get my items.

I ordered the Heat Thermal/Viper Night Vision package but did not receive batteries!
I also ordered the Heat&Viper 4.0 extra battery kit 2000MAH x2 and did not receive any of that either!
I can’t even try out the product!

The gear works great and at a great price. The assembly instructions could be better. It take awhile to get the order but worth the weight!

The price was just right. The product was as advertised. I have no complaints about anything with the ordering...price...shipping...product. The only thing is I wish I had ordered 2 instead of the one. Great quality. Great find. I'm very happy with my purchase ☺️

This Is a story that has drug on so long that it actually followed me in the hospital working up my Liver transplant procedure.

These worthless people make scumbags look like high class Society.

This company failed to deliver my third set of goggles, gave me a run around for months before sending me the first two pair, and then beat me up for the next three months about how they're checking into it. I believe that these fraudsters are out to scam, take your money, and disappear like the thieves that they are. This is in reference to order number in #N16876V via WhatsApp.

This type of behavior is so ridiculous and I believe that they should be called out in public for their lack of operational etiquette.

Customer service is awesome

I bought the thermal fusion 3.0 and I'm impreased with the thermal imaging.The five button control four top and one front makes operation easy.
Cons: Diopter lens screw thread is machined too loose wich causes wobbling and unscrewing.This can be corrected with a tensiin coil rapped around the thread to keep the focus in place.
Also usb charging terminal should have a rubber plug attached with a screw so no humidity damages your ability to recharge.

Ordered on 2/6 took a month to get the first parts and didn’t receive the last peace until 4/14 and everything came in multiple packages. I would suggest working on your packing and shipping!!

I like both the Night vision and the thermal but I am unable to to get the to to merge into one picture, seems to me that I should have either bought night vision or thermal but not both together. Instructions would be very helpful but there were none.

I like that you guys provide a good product at a good price

It’s a big scam! The delivery is very slow, took 8 weeks after purchasing to get delivered, communications via email is almost impossible and replies are not at all answering questions asked, if there is a reply anyhow. The ordered items were not received, the order details in Shopify does not show any details of the paid items. At the end I received a small credit of the amount of the missing items which was only valid for 3 days but was only able to apply after ordering over $ 200,00.
Don’t buy from this company!!!
