Lack of customer service and care

I called for my size and was told 34b. When the bra arrived it was 34a. When I called no apology and I was almost called a liar. I went for a fitting and When the door was opened the assistant/fitter just stood there - no welcome. I was shown into a cubicle and she stood there watching me while I undressed. I was then measured and she just one bra which she fitted. I did not like it so she brought just one more. By this time I was fed up with her manner and lack of customer service so I bought it. I think her manner is appalling when dealing with women feeling vulnerable after a mastectomy.

Excellent fitting service

I had an appointment with Jane from Nicola Jane who is their North Midlands Breast Care Specialist. Met at Stoke. She is so lovely and quickly put me at ease. She listened to what I wanted/needed and gave me advice. I was able to try on different bras, different sizes and breast forms which enabled me to make an informed decision. I have finally found bras/breast forms that suit me and fit properly. She also ordered the items I wanted to buy. Excellent service and would thoroughly recommend. Thank you so much.

I needed to delay delivery of my item and telephoned customer services to ask if that was possible.

Nicola Jane for great service

I’ve been a customer of Nicola Jane for a good many years now having had a mastectomy 25 years ago.They’re a great company with very helpful staff.My last order was delivered to my home this week in less than 24 hours.I thoroughly recommend them.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, and very poor garments. I purchased a swimming suit, meant for someone who had a mastectomy, and it is extremelly uncomfortable under the arm, where my lymph nodes were removed. I have emailed them back, because I coudn't find a way to add the feedback to their website. Sadly, this company doesn't reply to emails. Don't bother with them, you will end up with a very expensive swimming suit that you won't be able to wear.

We did reply to your earlier email, but it's possible our message may have landed in your junk or spam folder by mistake, so I just wanted to follow up again here.

While we haven’t received similar feedback on this particular style, we absolutely understand that post-surgery comfort and fit can vary from person to person. It may be more of a sizing or fit issue in this case, and we’d really like to help.

If you’d be open to it, we’d be happy to recommend a specialist fitting clinic near you that works with post-mastectomy wear. Their trained staff can offer expert advice to ensure the best possible fit. If you're happy to share your postcode or area, we can look to see where your nearest location would be.

Extremely poor customer service.

Extremely poor customer service.
I returned a bra back to this company. After a few weeks of waiting for a refund I emailed them asking them to confirm return and asking for my refund.
They did not reply. I sent 2 more emails totaliing 3 and they have not replied to any of them.
I won’t order from them again and I’ll stick with Amoena.com for my bras in future.

Extremely uncomfortable mastectomy bras

Used this company as recommended by the hospital. The choice for a larger cup size is very limited. Bra too big and not of good quality, the fabric is rough and itchy. It's bad enough having to have a mastectomy bra without it being uncomfortable and making you feel ugly

Good quality swimwear

I've been looking for suitable swimwear for some time following mastectomy. Ordered several different items, the quality is great, sizing is good and it makes a nice change to find post surgery swimwear in bright colours and good designs, not the usual frumpy looking items. Returned a couple of items and refund received quickly, also exchanged one for a different size and replacement received quickly, would not hesitate to buy again.

No customer service to speak of and login problems

Before I ordered I contacted customer service for help in sizing. Thank goodness I thought their sizing was way off and did my own research, because the recommended size wouldn't have fit me at all. Nevertheless I decided to order, and at that point everything went wrong. I created a login and paid for my order; however, I did not get any kind of confirmation email at all, and when I tried to login again with my newly created email, I was informed that the password was incorrect. (It wasn't.) I tried to change the password, but continued to get the same error message where it simply kept telling me over and over again my password was incorrect and I needed to reset it. I did not get any emails of any kind regarding my order or my login credentials (and yes, I did check my spam and deleted folders). Meanwhile, I saw that my bank had been charged and lo and behold! My email address had been instantly added to their mailing list! I started getting marketing emails, but nothing at all regarding my order. I tried on numerous occasions to contact them, and got absolutely no response. I didn't have any kind of confirmation email, no tracking number, and I couldn't login to the website to check the status of my order. I was about to start proceedings with my bank to reverse the charges, when I was informed that a package had finally found me. Yes, found me, and that's because my address was completely wrong: the name of my street was incomprehensible and it did not include either a street number or the number of my flat. (Certainly not what I had written down in the form when I ordered.) Now, to be fair, I did eventually get the bra, and it was what I ordered, and thankfully it fit. Will I order again from them? How could I, when, despite continuing to receive marketing emails, I still cannot login? Sorry, Nicola Jane, but it's a no go from me in the future.

Nice company

Their lingerie is good quality particularly the mastectomy bras. The thing I particularly like is, if you have a problem you just ring them up & talk to a very friendly person and everything is sorted with minimal fuss!!

Fighting for my refund

Nicola Jane took 2 weeks to send my refund but only after I had chased and chased them. More worryingly they seemed determined to keep defending their position with the implication that I was in the wrong somehow. All very odd. Was hoping to try more of their bras but not if this is their attitude.
