The worst customer service I ever experienced. Door was damaged because of poor packaging. Called Nicks they said its not that bad . If you look at it from 10 feet away it wouldnt be that noticeable. They said they would give me $50 off a $3000 dollar door that has a good size scratch in it.

Professional and customer service is outstanding. Packing and shipping is the best. I can't say enough nice things about this company. No need to look anywhere else, these folks will treat you right.

Our new door and sidelight look great! The door initially shipped earlier than expected, but then the delivery company lost the shipment so it was delayed. The delivery company also didn’t deliver during the 4 hour window that was scheduled. Nick’s shipping department had excellent customer service, the negative with the delivery was from Road Runner who they used for the freight delivery. If we ever need another new door, I would order from Nick’s again.

Shipped on time and arrived in great condition. Doors are installed and look great !!

Excellent product and excellent customer service. I purchased and all the trim for the interior of my home and all looks beautiful. The stain and finish are perfect. Had a few minor issues and they were handled in a professional and timely manner, no questions asked. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality solid wood doors and trim.

Very clean process and the communications happened exactly as they said. Our contractor was really impressed how the door was shipped, HEAVY DUTY! Not a scratch! It shipped from IN to WI. The quality of the door certainly met our expectations and when installed, it looked completely awesome! The highest quality front door I've ever owned and worth every penny. Also, I'm glad I went with the 3 point latch system, heavy duty and will provide many years of service!

I like their doors: good material, well done, well finished, and delivered safely.

I ordered set of new doors for the whole house. Many interior and exterior doors. Large order. Ordering went well until we paid the money and after that things started to get worse. It took them almost 3 months to make the order. Well, we patiently waited thinking we will get the best doors ever. Then the delivery was scheduled and doors came with simple food grade plastic covers - basically not protected. Several doors were damaged during shipping and looked like some of the were damaged and then someone attempted to do a quick fix and got the doors covered in stains in many spots, which made it worse. Some exterior doors came apart while waiting to be installed. Customer service was rude and only wanted to partially refund for what they should have refunded in full. No compensation for time lost and search for defective door replacement. Frankly saying, their interior doors are cheaply made, exterior are somewhat better but still not worth the money. Plus, since you have to pay upfront, no way to get money back if something is wrong with doors. Now 5 months after order, issues are still not resolved. Find some good local company and check each door before money are paid. I learned the hard way.
