Wow I had exactly the same bad experience as another Amazon customer. My eyedrops - I had ordered x 2 arrived with one of the boxes damaged with seal broken. It is not safe to use a potentially contaminated product so I contacted NHL and received an email to say phone them between 10-5pm. I did and was told I need to call back between 11-2pm. So I then contacted Amazon and went round in circles with an AI robot. Under consumer laws refunds are issued for damaged goods however this pharmacy seems to not abide by those laws. I will not order from them again. Please everyone take heed of these negative reviews!

Updated - I wish I looked at the reviews here before placing my order…. NHL hasn’t changed since all these years. I thought purchasing with Amazon, I should be fine if anything goes wrong !! Stress and Hassle.
I received an email saying they are closed (most of the times or no one from the online department to answer the call) after talked to Amazon requesting a refund on 13/4. Amazon has their own A-Z guarantee, hope it works and gets my money back. Never order anything online with them, a cowboy pharmacy.

I ordered the Hycosan Extra - triple pack on 3/4/2024 sold by NHL Pharmacy through Amazon online. It arrived on Friday 5/4/2024. I saw one box’s seal was broken and the top was torn. It was not eligible for a direct refund as it was a health/medical product. I contacted NHL through Amazon as well as by telephone call on Monday, 8/4/2024 requested a replacement. NHL Pharmacy replied through Amazon and asked about the outer packaging and requested photos to be sent. Then they replied on 9/4/2024 that the box was simply squashed through transition and suggested to me that it’s safe to use (bearing in mind the eye drops bottle was in an unseal and torn packaging). This was totally irresponsible.
1.Why the other two boxes were fine but not the third one (there is no sign of the product being squashed at all except the top was torn)
2. Would you put something into your eyes when you don’t know exactly what it was because the seal was already opened ?
I have legal rights if the item I bought is: broken or damaged under Consumer Rights Act 2015 - this is known as not of satisfactory quality, unusable, not fit for purpose, not what was advertised or doesn't match the seller's description This Consumer Rights Act 2015 overrides the retailer's own returns policy. Therefore, I demand for a full refund now and am still waiting for answers after a week. What an Awful experience. I certainly would not buy anything with this company again.

I bought some eye gel which was an excellent price and arrived very quickly.

Previous history of trying to join initially atrocious. They Presumed I automatically wanted delivery to home, when in fact I was just wanting to upgrade a working system of having my repeat prescriptions sent directly to my local chemist.

I found my inhaler delayed then it took me a 3 one hour calls to sort it out (call waiting to be connected).

Once sorted working great.

I no longer need to call at GP for repeat prescriptions. Order on line and collect locally

Some delays on arrival and confusion on the booking.

I told the guy who gave me the pcr test that the house number was wrong. He said he would correct it but he did not so my test result had the wrong address so had to have an emergency correction so I could complete the electronic form before my flight.

My anti hypertensive medication was delayed for more than two weeks without any replacement offered or without any contact made that what are my options locally once online team is not able to facilitate it in time. The app itself is a good facility that enables me ordering medications from comfort of my home that are mostly delivered to my door in time.

NHL is always very helpful in working out solutions to logistical issues with respect to COVID testing.
