Fantastic service
Fantastic service, I was very unsure with the service been online and with the time period my family and I needed the tests I sent them countless messages all of which were replied to promptly and answered thoroughly. We did 3 LF tests to enter Tunisia. 9am morning of our flight our results were back well within the time scale given. I have already recommended The Express Clinic to a friend of mine and will definitely use this service again should I need to.
Thank you to all the staff who responded to my countless emails to reassure and guide me.

We have dedicated support hours between 9-5pm UK time (BST) and we work through the night to 9pm to focus on getting the results out upto 11pm. I'm sorry that you reached us outside of this and that you had a local browser issue with the registration that was outside of our control but we issued you two new test ID's. I guess that the stress of a flight meant that you were under pressure like many and missed the award winning support our team is happy to provide. I hope we can rectify this misunderstanding given the chance

This is enabled through our exclusive partnership with Amazon Prime network and also note that we are servicing a fully accredited testing service at the cheapest price nationally.
For £16.00 including the FREE delivery which was next day after being fulfilled by amazon warehouse you successfully received the kit in good condition and direct to door as per timeline below and also were able to get your test done efficiently and registered quickly online. Finally the results sent to you with a gov verified and doctor signed travel certificate within 2 hours of providing evidence online.
1. Ordered kit on 14 July 2022 at 16:36 from our online store which is nearly always past the cut of time for the days fulfilment for all online stores we are aware of. Especially a free premium delivery service. We do best efforts to get this fulfilled all the way to midnight the same day!
2 Shipment left Amazon facility and was in transit to carrier the following day (15th at 5:56 pm), which was within the SLA of our partners and using the fasted fulfillment service available nationally.
Note: we deliver all over the UK so stock will be sitting sometime at a Amazon fulfilment centre that is close to delivery address or otherwise and very rarely fare away. So 1 day to get this routed is what we have mentioned on our website under shipping information and our T&C's.
3. On the 16th at 1:06 am the package arrived at the final delivery station at Hemel, GB
4. 11:32 am (16th) the package was out for delivery - Hemel, GB
5. 2:12 pm (16th) Delivered to letterbox 20 miles away from last location of package.

From the above timeline you can see that we take pride in our work and give 100% to service our clients, so that we don't disappoint or leave any of our patients in a difficult situation. I wish to emphasise the processes where by we returned the result within minutes of your action. Our delivery of next day after fulfilment is clear on our site and on nearly all cases the fulfilment is done same day, there will be some rare occasions where an order comes in the later part of the day from our customers where our partner courier are logistically placed from delivery address to make this all turned around in 24 hours.

Rip-off prices for low service. Avoid it`!
This clinic is the most unprofessional that I have ever experienced. They sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy. Had to go back personally to find out where the prescription has been sent to and it took 3 days until I had access to the medication desperately needed. I asked to be connected with a doctor to enhance the antibody treatment and never received a call. Tried over and over to get a doctor on the phone and finally gave up. They sent the urine to LabCorp for analysis. LapCorp charged me 384 USD for the test. A week later I got retested with LabCorp direct and paid 56 USD for the exact same test. Rip-off prices for low service. Avoid it`!

Good service, easy to use right up to the point when I asked for the certificate to be reissued with my name as on my passport. £20 admin fee - just robbery and rubbish service. 2 minute job to make the change and resend the email

Sorry to hear that you were not happy with the experience and while we unfortunately only get unhappy comments here and not the thousands of happy ones, we certainty don't takes the few lightly.
Since your feedback, we have done our best to reduce as much as possible on the admin activities for retracting personal data and applying changes to already issued certificates.
The work for changing incorrect data provided in the booking form after the test is done, cert issued and data submitted to government bodies is quite a cumbersome process outside of our control.
Our implementation carried out to reduce the impact from any input mistakes by our customer, means we are able to now reduce our admin charges by 50% and also now allow clients to update changes free of charge online all the way up to the appointment start time.
We have always communicated and made transparent our fees within the T&C and also on our booking page before payment. I hope

PCR Covid testing
The on line booking process was straight forward. You just need to find out what test you need so you book the right test and take into consideration how long different test results take. The actual testing was executed in clinic without a friendly service. Results were uploaded to my e-mail within the time stated.
Very happy with the whole process.
