We do make it clear on our website and FAQs that we deliver cheap flight deals directly to your email based on your departure airports. However, we understand that you were interested in a multi-city flight itinerary, which is not something we provide. We don't take specific date or destination requests at this time, nor do we provide one-way flight deals as all of our recommendations are roundtrip. Our focus is on convenience and affordability, allowing more travelers to fly to destinations worldwide with deals delivered to their inboxes instead of having to spend hours searching for themselves. Of course, we know this service may not be for everyone, which is why we offer a 30-day free trial period and a 6-month money-back guarantee, so our members have a whole seven months to take advantage of our service and see if it works for their travel plans. We're sorry things didn't work out in this case. As requested, we can confirm that your account was canceled in the free trial period, and you will not be charged. In regards to the automatic renewal feature, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Per the terms agreed to at signup and presented again in our welcome email, our service is an annual membership, which renews yearly on your charge date. We don't currently have a renewal reminder set, but your feedback has been shared with our team, so we can work to add this in the future. In the meantime, members are free to cancel at any time or turn off the auto-renewal feature on their subscription. The membership account can be accessed via our deal emails or directly through our website.
Unfortunately, your cancellation request came outside of our refund period, so we could not issue a refund, but we did turn off the auto-renewal feature on your account as requested. We can confirm that you won't be billed again. You should have received an email confirmation of this, but you can also verify your membership status by logging into your account.

It's never our intention to deceive our members or perform any actions without our members' awareness. We do not currently include renewal reminders with the subscription; however, we do include that it is an annual membership before, during, and after signup, and we also include a handy link in all of our deal emails for members to access their account. From the account page, members can turn off the auto-renewal feature at any time to stop future renewals from taking place. With that said, we understand your disappointment at the lack of a reminder, and we will work to have that added in the future.
You also mentioned receiving spam emails, so we want to clarify that Next Vacay does not send spam emails or share your personal information with any third-party sites. We take the security of your information seriously, and you can find a full breakdown of our Privacy Policy on our website at nextvacay.com. The only emails you receive from Next Vacay are the customized deal alerts, which we send directly to your inbox to allow you to take advantage of the flight deals in your area, or the payment notifications emails, which notify members if the card saved on file is no longer active.

Please know that every member of our team is there to support our customers and would never laugh or interact with customers in a disrespectful manner. Unfortunately, in reviewing the chat you had with our team, we noticed a connectivity issue that resulted in a time-lagged response, so while our agent was responding to your messages as quickly as they came in, those messages were delayed in being sent to you. Nevertheless, we understand how upsetting it must have been, and we sincerely apologize for any hurt or frustration caused.
As for the subscription renewal, we do include the annual nature of our service on our signup page, in our Terms of Service, and the welcome email sent after new members register. Members can also access their subscription details from their account page at any time to change or set their subscription to non-renew, and a link to your account is included in every deal email we send. However, we're very sorry if the renewal charge caught you off-guard, and we understand that with everything else on your plate, the renewal date likely slipped by. After your chat ended, we did send a follow-up email to your provided address, and we received your reply at our help@nextvacay.com email address.
Upon further review of your account and the feedback you provided in your message, we have made further updates to your account, which we hope are a satisfactory resolution to this case. We ensure that this information is available and clear to members throughout the signup process, as it's included on our signup page, in our Terms and Service, which members must agree to at registration, and in the welcome email we send after sign up. New members must also submit their card information to be charged after the 30-day free trial but can cancel at any time before the end of the trial period if they no longer wish to be charged. For all new members, we offer both a 30-day free trial and a 6-month money-back guarantee, so in total, members can try us out for 7 months and still request a refund if they're dissatisfied with our service.
If any of this information was missed at signup or during your membership, we apologize, as that's not the kind of experience we wish to give our members.
To clarify a bit more about our service, we have a team of human deal hunters reviewing and verifying each deal for pricing, availability, and other factors before it's sent to your inbox. This way, we can better customize the deals to your home airport, ensure each deal offers undeniable savings, and simplify the flight booking process for our members. In contrast, Google Flights is simply a flight search engine wherein users still have to do the work of searching for and finding flights.
Our records show we sent multiple deals to your inbox weekly; however, we never received any messages or feedback regarding those deals, so we were unaware if they had not been used.
