Regarding the deal emails you received, we want to explain that when members sign up, we automatically default to sending you the deals from your selected airport and airports within several hours of you. However, this can be adjusted from your account at any time to curate the deals sent to match the airports you are interested in/fly out of regularly. This way, members receive a variety of deals and score great prices from airports they may not normally consider but which they can always remove if the airport is too far from them. This is addressed in our welcome emails and FAQs, but we apologize if that information was missed. As all of our deals are sent directly to your inbox, there's also no need to log in or search our site. We consider our services successfully rendered when they are delivered and opened, and since we received no complaints, we were not aware of any issues with the quality of the deals received.
As for your main concern, which involved canceling your subscription, we're very sorry for any confusion there may have been regarding the status of your account. Based on the information you provided in your emails, we could not find any evidence of a previous cancellation request, either the year after you signed up or following your first renewal. Members are also free to cancel directly from their account, but our records show the only cancellation on your account occurred a few days ago, on Dec 17, 2022. If you have evidence of a cancellation attempt before that or under different information than what you've already provided, please get in touch with our team at help@nextvacay.com, and we'll be more than happy to review your information and get you squared away!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Monica. We're sorry to hear you've had such a poor experience, and we'd like the chance to clear things up and make this right.
When you initially reached out regarding the charge in question, we were able to locate an inactive account under one of the email addresses you provided. We confirmed that this account was canceled at your request back in August of 2021 and because it was still within our grace period, we issued an immediate refund to the card on file. No payments have since taken place on that account, and it remains canceled.
The charge now in question took place on a different account with a different card on file. We did search our records with the information you provided but were unable to match all of the information to a specific account. Because we could not locate the specific charge, we suggested contacting your bank to have the charge withdrawn. When your bank reached out to us regarding the charge, we saw it was listed under information that was not included in the initial info given to us, which explains why we were unable to confirm it was the correct account.
We are truly sorry for all of the back and forth in this situation, as well as any confusion or frustration caused. Rest assured, we are committed to resolving this issue as quickly as possible, and we've included more specific details on your case in an email sent to your provided address. Please feel free to follow up with any other questions or concerns.
