Unfortunately I cannot give less than 1 star. I accepted an offer to buy a kettle for what seemed to be a low price. I didn't realise that in the process I was also subscribing to Nexai-writer. Two months later (and with £88.60 having been withdrawn from my account) I became aware of the subscription when my bank questioned another payment being made. I have written to Nexai-writer's customer support, demanding a refund. They are refusing on the basis that they're saying I consciously put in my details - which I did when making the kettle purchase, but not to subscribe to Nexai-writer. Incidentally, the kettle never arrived. Avoid this company: it's a complete scam!
