Program got stuck. Had to cancel.
I was only about an hour into the course when it got stuck. It told me I completed the section, but no matter what I tried, it wouldn't progress me to the next section. Customer Service was no help. They couldn't bump it or whatever to force it to continue, so I requested a refund. They didn't refund me the whole amount. I found another site and was able to successfully complete the course without having to take those tricky questions you need to answer correctly or pay extra to retake it.

The course was very easy to understand. It touched on all aspects of driving including regulations, speed, and safety. It refreshes all the things you learned when you were getting your first license. It is a very helpful tool.
