Due to a misunderstanding of the definition of the measurements, the blinds I received did not fit into my recess. However, upon contact, New Edge Blinds were nothing but helpful from the outset. Their communications were prompt and they were happy to help me resolve the situation. I cannot fault the service or the quality of the blinds and would highly recommend doing business with them.
Excellent customer service. Ordered two Roman blind kits but they were damaged on delivery (inadequate packaging) which resulted in missing items. Contacted New Edge by email and got an immediate response and replacements parts sent. In addition follow up emails were sent to check if I had received the parts ok. I cannot give 5 stars due to the initial poor packaging.

I ordered 3 blinds from this company the courier broke them this was 2wks ago and still nowhere with them. Its all done by emails and they do not help your forever emailing them getting nowhere i wish i went to amazon id of got them next day but this company is the worst very poor so be aware ur loose not only your items ur money also your mind with this very silly company they could send them out again once they new but no i have to wait on my 3rd week next week. You cannot even call direct it goes to there people who say the same thing ill email them for you and guess what? They dont!!! So the anger you get with them is not worth the hassle now im waiting for a refund which they take from your bank quick but dont refund the same way.BEWARE ALL OF YOU.

1 star is a bit generous! I ordered 2x bay window kits from Debenhams selling on behalf of NewEdgeBlinds. Waited over a week for the delivery to arrive it turned up in a large bag of poles with some fragile tape wrapped around it attached to another smaller bag of the components. Contacting Debenhams as the middle man was a pain as I was constantly reiterating to a different rep the same thing and at first NewEdgeBlinds said they'd send out the missing parts, I paid someone to start putting it up as we have a lot of house work renovation going on and wanted to do as much as I could with the parts I could, a week passed and then was told they don't stock the parts separately so need to send it back! So I would have to go out of my way to drop it to a B&Q at my own travel cost. I told them this wasn't possible as half of it was on the wall! Eventually after I suggested a partial refund for all the missing parts (so basically a full set £76, plus all of the curtain rings for both as they sent the wrong type) they offered me 10% of my order! You get 10% off for signing up to websites for your first order, not losing half your order. Absolute joke this has been nearly 2 months of back and forth, and at the end of it all I'm gonna get is £15.20 and a load of scrap metal that'll go in the bin. £152 in their pocket, stay well away.

I had to order a replacement as I made a mistake with the measurements and they sent it very quickly. They have been quick to help and respond and have checked with the status of the replacement. Very happy with the service. I had to arrange the return so thats the only reason for not giving 5 stars.

Received my curtain rail in very good time as I required a 3 metre length I ordered 2x2mt lengths and cut half a mt of each so that the join was in middle and I did not use the connecting piece as I drilled new holes at the end of each piece so it is a nice snug fit I am well pleased at the moment although I have not hung the curtains yet the slider are working smoothly price was good also.

Can’t recommend New edge blinds enough. They send out samples prior to ordering some replacement blinds. They were packaged well and dispatched within two days. A pleasure to deal with. Will be using them again in the future.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A LOT OF STRESS AND HASSLE !!!!! I ordered 2 x Bath mat sets in the colour AQUA and received 2 x sets in the colour BLUE !!!!! I rang New Edge Blinds to let them know, the person answering the phone can never solve the problem, they tell you to email, you then have to wait up to 24 hours for a reply ! The reply I got was “Aqua is a colour of blue, and that’s why you received Blue “ If I’d wanted blue I would have ordered blue ! After over a week of emails and phone calls, they said I could return them for a refund, but I was then expected to pay for the return !!!! It was their fault they sent the wrong item, why should the customer have to pay for the item to go back !!!! Absolutely shocking service ! I WOULD NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN , THEY HAVE TO BE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

I ordered curtains for my son’s birthday and they were the perfect colour and an excellent quality and value for money. Exactly as described and pictured and a shade of colour that was very hard to come by.
Their customer service was also fantastic.

Please people be very careful ordering from this company.
I ordered multiple blinds from this company and each blind has an issue from wrong size clips to a black blind with a anthracite surround when I ordered 3 anthracite. Who checks these blinds before posting to customer because I'm sure different colour blind and surround would stick out?
Check the small print as perfect fit blinds are not returnable nor can you cancel even if you are made to wait 3 weeks before being manufactured.
Delivery is a nightmare they blame everyone from the manufacturer or courier never their own fault.
Please beware this company is not trustworthy they offer discounts but it still isn't worth the hassle with this company.
