SCAM - DO NOT BUY

SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I am in the process of trying to return 1 pair of shoes. Completely unworn. They asked for photos of my feet next to the shoes. Photos of the shoes. I feel slightly violated. They are not offering a full refund. Only store credits and replacing the shoes. It’s taking days of back and forth via email.

I will never in a million years support this company and am looking to report to the BBB or any other governmental business organization.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware!! I purchased two pairs of shoes two months ago from this company. I have yet to receive my shoes. Understanding that shipping times were 7-15 days, I waited until 6 weeks to reach out to the company, when it was clear that my shoes would not be arriving. Their response was to tell me to just keep waiting. It’s been two weeks since then, and there have been no updates to the tracking number I was provided with. I see from several other reviews that this is a common occurrence. I would not recommend purchasing from this website. Their customer service is horrible and they will do nothing to help you, even if you’ve been waiting over two months for an item that was not back ordered, and was supposed to arrive between 7-15 business days.

Edit: The owners response below does absolutely nothing to explain a 2 month delay. This is exactly why I waited over 6 weeks to contact their customer support! I completely understand that there will be delays in shipping. However, the tracking information provided said my order was shipped and had arrived in LA on November 1st. There has been zero activity since then, and I contacted their support in the hope that they could look into the matter. There has been no resolution whatsoever, and I essentially received a "we don't care" response from their customer support. This is exactly why newbella has such terrible reviews here! Horrible customer service, as evidenced below.

For shipping timing,Processing time typically takes between 1-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed after the next 1-2 business days.
The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of placing your order. It may take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

A scam

My order was too small, the buckles were fake and falling off, and smelled terribly of cheap plastic. They refused to let me return and only issued a 50% refund. Do NOT buy from the seller!

Impossible to return

Hello, I have made multiple attempts to return my order. All the shoes I ordered were too big; their sizes were completely off. It has been a very frustrating process. They keep giving me options for partial credit, not to return all of the shoes. They have proof that all shoes are unworn and in tip-top shape, but they keep trying to negotiate for credits or partial refund. All I am asking for is a return label so I can send them back and get a refund, but their customer service insists I keep the shoes. NEVER AGAIN!

Not truthful.

They are not great quality looks different from the photo on the website, from the colour to the make a little glue showing here and there. When Wishing to return due to the fit and make, the customer service attempt for you to keep the product with a discount to buy another pair hahaha.. Ok I said no thank you. They asked again to keep or gift as a present to someone... No thank you again. And so it went back and forth. One day they ok, but it will expensive for you to return and it will take a very long time for the refund.
Yes ok take a long time then... And it is still taking a long time,few weeks and counting. I have a screenshot of their information saying "easy returns".. It is not true.
Thank you for reading. May all online shopper read reviews first before committing...

Appreciative

I got my order around Christmas and was disappointed there was no customer service phone number to call but I looked at their website and Instagram page and was able to leave them a message and to my surprise they were very cooperative and make it right for me by sending me the right size and style that I love ❤️ thank you and in return I'm giving them a 5 stars 🌟

My package was never delivered

My package was never delivered. Newbella Customer service refused to issue a refund unless I provided proof. I was told by The fraud department at USPS that the tracking number I was provided is bogus. When packages are sent from China starts with CH. They don't recognize a SF#. Buyer beware this company is a scam!

Scammers: Worst retailer I’ve ever encountered

Newbella is a scam retailer. Please don’t purchase any goods from them. I requested a refund because the shoes were far too small, they argued with me and offered credit notes or 50% refunds instead. I raised a Paypal dispute and they agreed to refund me but said it would take a few weeks and then never did (by which point my PayPal dispute had expired). Truly awful retailer who effectively use tacky sponsored ads to draw customers in, then steal their money from them. Also, their shoes are pretty cheap and awful quality. I hope their business fails.

Really bad costumer service

Really bad costumer service . My address was incomplete , I contact costumer service and nothing has been done. and they said nothing they can d because the parcel was sent already I received a picture as a proof of delivery which is not my address at all . I still waiting for response since 26/10 and I still don't have my parcel. And they said 2/3 working days , and im still waiting .. Not good at all

As we all know once package has been sent out and the package is in transit,no one can change the address.neither logistic company or local carrier.
If package delivered but customer not received,furthermore the local carrier has provided a poor of delivery,we also instruct customer how to claim.

Low quality

The bags took a long time to arrive, well packaged. But very disappointed. They look very cheap and plastic. One of them cost £55 which I would not have paid if I had seen. They have photographed and presented all the goods to make them look much better than they really are. Very low quality for the price. I have learnt my lesson and won’t be shopping with them again. Big waste of money

The shoes are good

The shoes themselves were lovely and the ones which fit are good quality and value for money. There was one which didn't fit. The return was not as easy as it could have been but they did respond and attempt to sort. In the end it was sorted to my satisfaction, just the process was not as easy as it could have been. If the return had been seamless it would have been 5 stars.
Because the shoes are good and the representative did in the end sort the problem, I would recommend them and possibly puchase again

Avoid

Avoid, the shoes they sent were absolutely tiny. Wasn't even possible to get them on, then they kept fobbing me off when I asked for a refund, first suggesting a 30% refund then 50%. Keep pushing for 100%, they eventually give it. If they don't, open a case with Paypal.

Not sure how they're being allowed to trade...

if you have complain, go straight to their WhatsApp number!

The missing two stars are for my two complaints:

First and foremost, the shoes are pretty and elegant. I love them. My concerns:

1. Their customer service is terrible. If you have complaints, go straight to their WhatsApp number. whoever the WhatsApp admin was, they were very reliable, giving you the best solution and actually TRYING to solve your problem. I also contacted their email and Instagram, and they are no help. i want to say that they don't want to be bothered with your problem so they give the word 'sorry, there's nothing we can do' they didn't try.

2. for Asian girlies, their size might run a bit large. i ordered the size 39, and it's bigger than what I usually had. thankfully it still feels comfortable to wear, and given the material, i would expect they will make your feet chafed if they were too tight.

I had a very good experience

I had a good experience. I ordered some shoes and mistakenly ordered the wrong colour. I contacted customer service and they changed the order quickly and let me know. The shoes were very nice and in the right colour and I got them within a couple of weeks. My only wish is that they made the shoes available in larger sizes as I only just fit the largest size! I really like the style.l of their shoes.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I have attempted to contact company several times for a return. No reply. Material used on stretch knee boots very poor quality. Stretched out of shape in first hour being worn. Would not stay up on my calves.

Horrible customer service

The product had a very very bad smell, I can't even describe it. Very cheap quality will never order from them again.
