I ordered 2 pair of shoes (which I LOVE) and a pair of boots that did not fit. I contacted Newbella several times to return the boots to no avail! I receive many compliments on my shoes, however I feel the need to caution my Friends when I tell them where I purchased them that the customer service is lacking!!!
I don't like the fact that there is not a customer service phone number to call to actually talk to someone in person!
We will see if this route works as it looks like they have actually responded to other bad reviews.
If they can resolve this, I would actually continue as a customer.

I will never buy from this company again! My partner bought me a pair of boots that didn’t fit - their sizes are not correct. I’m a size 7 according to 99.9% of shoe stores out there but a size 9 here. Tried to return the boots but they refused to accept and refund them, it had just past their 30 day policy. They offered me a 50% discount if I bought another pair of shoes - I bought the same pair of boots. They fit but were incredibly uncomfortable and painful to wear. I immediately emailed Newbella letting them know I’d be sending them back for a refund but they refuse to accept them and process a refund because they were purchased with a discount code. To top it off I had also bought a handbag which is poor quality - no wonder they don’t show internal photos of their bags! They’re not even put together properly. This company is a scam. They’ll take your money and if you’re dissatisfied with your purchase they couldn’t give a toss - they might as well write in bold across their site that they do not offer refunds and their customer service is sh!!!t.

I agree with all the other reviews . I returned the boots straight away as they were uncomfortable and didn’t fit . I have never had an experience like this , I have been asked to send pictures of the boots , the box , the receipt and they are now saying I wasn’t allowed to return them ! I’ve sort of given up now . Very unhappy customer and I won’t be buying again from this company

I've experienced all of the exact same things the others have mentioned when trying to return a pair of shoes that didn't fit. I've been asked to send pictures of the shoes, pictures of the receipt, pictures of the boxes, pictures of the defect (?). I've complied with each request and every day I have yet another request for information or an offer to keep the shoes for a discounted return. They keep stating the postage to return will be very expensive so I should just keep the shoes (that don't fit) and have a partial refund. This has been going on for 10 consecutive days.
Today they sent an email that stated "Sorry, considering that you did not meet the return conditions before and did not even provide us with a tracking number, we offered you a 50% discount coupon to solve the problem, which is already the maximum discount we can offer.
For your order, if returned, it may cost $40.
Let us refund you $30 directly. Please keep the product."
Like the other customer, I am not disputing that the item was delivered to me - it just doesn't fit and I need to RETURN it. I am so tired of the auto responses that don't make any sense or comply with their online return policy.

50% money back only on returns
Bought two different pairs of shoes, they only offer full size jumps and not half size jumps (example: 7, 8, 9 instead of 7.5, 8.5, 9.5) while other shoes have only the 7.5, 8.5, 9.5 and not 7,8,9. Neither the 7 nor the 7.5 fit me on either shoe. Their sizing is inconsistent to American sizes.
Upon trying to return, they do not respond for multiple days to weeks. When they finally started to respond upon emailing multiple times, they refuse to return the fully acceptable unused shoes. Then they tried offering only 50% of the money back.
If you plan to buy from them, it comes from China and you won’t be able to return. The sizes aren’t right either. It’s not worth it and I wish I listened to the bad reviews, and didn’t order.

This website is the BIGGEST SCAM! They will only allow you to contact their customer service to organise a return and then they will come up with every excuse under the sun to talk you out of it and keep the item! I have been going back and forth for a week now trying to get a return address and they have offered me discount codes/partial refunds if I choose to keep the item. As well as expressing their concern with the cost of shipping that I have stated I am willing to pay multiple times, which should be none of their concern! The shoes are way too small and I don’t benefit in any way from keeping them. I am shocked that I am being asked to negotiate for something that their websites states that they offer!! This has been a very frustrating experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I wish I found this website to see these reviews. 100% agree with all the negative reviews on return policy. Basically if you buy from this company and you intend on returning it- you will not get your money back. I hated the purse I got and wanted to return it- many emails back and forth offering me all kinds of discounts, but once I declined them all and asked for a full refund, like they state on their site- they stopped responding. I did reach out to my credit card and initially got my money back, but today I got an email back saying they are charging my credit card bc Newbella "delivered my product". That wasn't my problem- my problem was that I wanted to return it and get my money back and now I'm stuck with an ugly purse and money wasted. This company will not last doing business like this. Bad Karma will get you back.

I just received my 4 items and I'm happy, you get what you've ordered. The only thing to be more precise with and careful are the differences in sizes US/UK/EU which might differ.
I have one shoe that came small out, overall the other were on point.
Thanks you 😊, continue in offering quality shoes and translating as good as possible the sizes to EU standards as well.

DO NOT TRUST REFUND POLICY - HORRIBLE PRODUCT QUALITY
Ordered a purse for my daughter as a Xmas gift. It took forever to arrive; the quality was horrible, and I immediately contacted customer service to request a refund. As per their site, customers need to contact customer service before attempting to return an item. Well, that's when their game begins. They keep emailing customers with absurd questions, repeating themselves over and over, pretty much buying time so customers will give up. They finally offered me a 50% refund (and to keep the horrible purse), or 100% cash voucher (and keep the horrible purse) or to choose another similar purse as a gift. Yeah...like I would need a second horrible purse in my closet. The site clearly specifies that a refund will be provided if customer is not 100% satisfied but Newbella insists on offering whichever deal they think fits their agenda. In reality I believe those answers are computer/AI generated. After a week of useless communications and no response from Newbella on how I could proceed with returning the item, I took the matters to my Creditcard company and now it is up to Newbella to explain why I disputed their charge. I got my money back, and you should do too if you feel deceived and violated as a customer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is a scam, they claim to offer refunds by saying you have to email the customer service team to ask to return something, however I have sent three emails asking to return a bag I had ordered which I was not happy with and have received no reply. My 15 days to return the item is now up even though I emailed them multiple times within the time frame. This is outrageous, awful customer service!

I purchased the same pair of boots twice and at that moment wrote to cancel the duplicate order, to which I received an immediate response explaining that they couldn't change my address????? Ok, so the boots come and then I try to return one only to be told about the cost of returning, and an offer for discounts. The return policy states, that you can contact the company and they will offer a return label. I will never order from a place that is difficult to return or exchange. So, if you go on Amazon, they have the same boots and of course you can return if an issue arises, so use Amazon, this company is bogus.

Does anyone know how to report this fake company who has stolen my money? They need to be shut down and I wish I had checked the reviews on this page before ordering!! My order was placed in the first week of November and I keep getting the same “run-around” response when I contact these scam artists. They also say they’ll give me a refund and then don’t do anything to initiate that process. The tracking has shown it arrived at my local post office on November 13, it is not there. This company is a scam. Like the others, the shoes took about a month to ship (despite the 5-7 day promise). Unlike their pictures, the shoes are cheap and poorly manufactured. The customer service replies in broken english asking for pictures and then asks to keep the shoes with a discount, clearly refusing to honor their return policy. Don't order from this fraudulent company.

Terrible. Send me a damaged boot and the boot fits small. All I wanted was an exchange, I took a picture as requested. I was told it would cost me lots of money to ship yet the website says they pay shipping if product damaged. Then i’m offered a 50% refund and they suggest I give the boots to someone else as a gift. What?!! then I offers me a 100% discount code for another purchase. Said it’s a special kind of currency. I guarantee just a way to get more money out of me. And the communication is awful. The service was great!
I was skeptical at first. However, my experience was quite pleasant and hassle-free. Since my order was not true to the standard size, Newbella happily gave me discount code to purchase another pair at zero cost and I received them.
Please check their size chart, there are suggestions for the size discrepancies.
