New Balance DSL-2 Walkers..absolute rubbish, bought these for elderly mum from a store some time ago, kept them new unworn in a moisture controlled environment with factory desiccants sachets. The leather condition is perfect, she put them on and both soles disintegrated.
NB scammed us for ~$100. This product unfit for purpose.

On Tuesday 2nd May 2023 I purchased 2 pairs of Fresh Foam 680v7 Men's US 7 4E so I could wear them comfortably inside the house and when I go outside since it is the right fit for my feet.
Bought a pair of 1080V12s in the same size as another Fresh Foam X model of NBs that I’d been sized up for. I then learnt online that for some silly reason, the 1080V12's are a full size bigger.
I received them and they appeared to have the right amount of toe room, so I tested them on a light run on concrete. They didn't fit right. I approached NB about their refund policy and was told that if I sent them for refund and they were deemed to not be 'as new' that NEW BALANCE WILL DISCARD THE SHOES AND NOT ISSUE A REFUND.
Buyer beware, if you get these the slightest bit dirty after trying to get a feel not inside (running shops let you do this), the brand's policy is you can submit a return for refund, and if they deem the quality insufficient they will THROW AWAY YOUR PURCHASE AND KEEP YOUR MONEY.
NEVER AGAIN NEW BALANCE!
I’ve been trying to get a hold on them on the phone and email the last week. I was advised to find my normal size in children size by one in the store, so I ordered the size from the website, but it turned out to be a size smaller than told. I used the mayhem40 code to get discount and would like to reordee the shoe to the same price in the right size, but as I said, it’s not possible to get a hold on New Balance.
