Adidas Australia made me move to Other brands. After 25 years being a brand fan and buying JUST adidas, they finally did it, pushed me over to open market. I think it's time smaller companies are having a chance.

Awful awful awful customer service online, absolutely no help at all they are. Terrible product quality, I called as I needed help sorting out a faulty item in my delivery as well as multiple pairs of shoes being the wrong size. If you really want to shop adidas.. GO INSTORE, much less of a headache as their whole online system is a mess
Wasting my time
Wasting my time! Takes too long to get anything resolved! They asked for a product code to apply a monetary voucher but takes too long to get organised. Items I am interested in are possible going to be out of stock because of the lack of urgency to get anything done! This has happened to me before!

The adidas F50 laceless kids boots…
The adidas F50 laceless kids boots (Lamine Yamal) edition are very attractive to young footballers, but are made of flimsy material. After first trial run, the shiny bottom started to peel off the boot. When we took them back to Ultrafootball, we were told that there is a statement on the box that informs of this occurrence. Obviously we didn’t see this statement when we purchased the boots. For boots that cost $350AUD, you would think the quality is reasonable to get some wear out of them. Nope!
Vouchers don’t work
Absolutely shocking customer service. Only good thing was they reply fairly quickly, however there advice was anything but helpful. I have a $200 voucher and it keeps failing to work and they are telling me it’s my banks issue even thought it’s a voucher! Have tried countless of products and it’s still not working. Waste of a voucher.

Dodgy company
Dodgy company. Wont accept gift card payments on sale items because it would cause adidas to "lose money". As if I didn't pay full price for the gift card in the first place? Customer service advice was to "wait a few days and pay full price for the item".

Absolutely terrible and shame on Adidas Australia. This is the second time they cancelled my order without explaining why the order was cancelled. I sent them 2 emails asking for the reason of cancellation and clarification and no one even cared responding to my email. I have now unsubscribed from their club and updates list and Adidas Australia is dead to me. Adidas used to be my favourite brand

I just wanted to express how disappointing this sites customer service and communication has been regarding my order delivery.
A week ago was supposed to be the day of delivery yet I have not even got a track and trace link?
Theses were gifts and I purchased them due to the date of delivery recorded before I checked out.
They make it difficult to contact let alone expecting them to respond. If they can’t provide a track and trace link for delivery at least provide a link for feedback so people affected like me can write a formal complaint.

Adidas Australia is pretty decent overall. They have a solid selection of gear and shoes, and some of their products are really good quality. But I found prices are a bit steep compared to other brands, and delivery times can be hit or miss. Customer service was okay — nothing to write home about. Good option if you want branded sportswear, but it’s not always worth paying premium.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Adidas.
I placed an order on 3 November and was told on 5 November that my items were on the way. Then on 7 November, I received an email saying one of the T-shirts had been cancelled — which I accepted. But on 11 November, the same day I was expecting delivery, I got another email saying the shoes were cancelled too.
It took Adidas 8 days to realise items weren’t even in stock, and I only found out when I was expecting the package. These were meant to be a birthday gift for my son, and because of the poor communication, I had no time to find something else.
On top of that, I’ve only received a partial refund. I paid $118 in total ($50 voucher + $68 from my bank account), but I’ve only received $50.71 back. Now I’m left paying $67.29 for one discounted T-shirt. That’s completely unacceptable.
This whole process — delayed cancellations, incomplete refunds, and lack of transparency — has been a total letdown.
Very poor service, and sadly I’ll be thinking twice before buying from Adidas again.

Purchased a pair from Oxford st flagship store, after 45 mins of trying to find sizes ect, only to discover when I got home that I was given two left feet!! Unbelievable incompetence from overstaffed store !!! Never again.

Purchased some shoes I needed for an event in two time, purchased some socks as well, which I didn’t really need. 8 days after I made the transaction, i received a email at approximately 7pm, saying they have cancelled one of my orders, when I looked, it was the shoes that had been cancelled and didn’t have them in stock!!!!! When I emailed them, I received a email, someone will contact me in 5-7 days…it says on the website said i couldn’t cancel online orders, and the socks, were still getting delivered… This is completely unacceptable, it should not be advertised if it’s not available and certainly shouldn’t take 8 days after taking my money to tell me. Now I have to pay to pay more as I don’t have the time to purchase anything online and be delivered. Never again will I use the online purchasing and don’t feel comfortable even buying adidas products after this experience

I will NEVER buy another Adidas product EVER again. The sizing is not at all close to accurate and Adidas have the worst customer service I have received in 40 years!
I have multiple Nike, Reebok, Vans etc. all in size US11. All fit the same. Adidas US11 isn't even close to fitting.
I used an Adidas gift card to buy them. I was told it could take up to 72 hours to receive a replacement gift card and was told there were no other options at all to organise replacement shoes. It has been 120 hours and when calling to follow up I was told that "they are out of stock of digital vouchers but cannot give me any timeframe". I just have to wait an undisclosed amount of time. I asked for ANY resolution whatsoever; offered to go to a store or receive a different form of reimbursement. The only answer - just keep waiting. I asked to speak to a supervisor - Wait up to 48 hours for one to call me.
