When I apply for a mortgage loan
When I apply for a mortgage loan, my phone was blowing up by these guys. We'll help you, get you in the right direction. After everything is submitted for my mortgage application, no response, no reply, and it has been 3 weeks now. Pretty unprofessional i would say. My LO is William, no update regarding my status. Would I recommend this lender? i would probably say no unless you are ready for a no response waiting game.

When I first contacted new American funding, they said they could help me. They led me on for three months lying to me, making me spend money for appraisals and other miscellaneous fees and then lie to me about different programs. I think they are the worst mortgage company going right now.

From the beginning to the end everything was handled professionally. The loan officer and the processor both had great personalities and walked me through every little detail. Chris was very patient with me. This was the first time I ever had a mortgage so I had a ton of questions. Awesome guy and would definitely recommend. Kim was also great! I had a great experience working with Bien throughout my refinance process. He was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient from start to finish.
Refinancing can be stressful and confusing, underwriting requirements, and all the paperwork involved. Bien took the time to answer my questions, explain the numbers, and help me understand my options every step of the way. I never felt pressured, and he was always willing to provide clarification when I needed it.
What I appreciated most was his communication. He stayed engaged throughout the entire process, kept me updated, and was available whenever questions came up. Even when there were changes or additional items needed, he helped guide me through everything and made the process much easier than I expected.
Bien’s knowledge of the mortgage industry and current market conditions gave me confidence that I was making informed decisions. He was transparent, helpful, and genuinely cared about helping me achieve the best outcome possible.
