Nevstudio offers really cool clothing and I'm happy to have found a site that supports my rather niche kind of style. The quality of their products vary depending on what you get, with some pieces I've been really happy, for some the quality felt rather cheap. I was in contact with the customer service once so far, because an item ran out of stock. Very unfortunate for me, but I was happy they got in touch with me so quickly! They were very cooperative, kind and patient and their response time was very quick. My out of stock issue got solved within a day.

However, the biggest issue I have - that keeps me hesitant on pressing the order button each time - is their horrible return service. They don't provide a label for returns, they demand pictures of the item including intact labels etc. (which is understandable), but some clothes were shipped without a label to begin with so I wouldn't be able to return them even if I wanted to. I feel worried trying out their products, because I have the constant fear I wont like the piece as expected and will have to go through the taxing return process while also having to prove that no labels were attached in the first place. It feels rather exhausting and difficult to deal with and leaves you with more concerns than actually feeling like your comfort as a customer is valued. Imo they should be providing labels without having to provide pictures of the item, doesn't matter if they'd take money for the return shipping or not while afterwards deciding upon viewing the item if a refund is approved.

Edit: To further support my statement about the return service I decided to try it out. Before they give you a label they offer in store credit or shipping out the correct size of your order after paying an extra fee, because returning the product "would be more expensive than these options". Still only mildly satisfying as most of their options end in more fees, but here again - their response time is rather quick and they're at least trying to offer different alternatives before letting you pay an ungodly amount of return shipping fees.

The Products are great i have been ordering from them for multiple yeas now and never had any issues.

They have amazing customer support, recently i made a mistake while ordering and the support fixed it within 2 hours ! all it took was one E-mail.

I accidentally got the wrong size on my clothes and support was kind and nice throughout aswell as quick and on top of it!

Top client support

I wrong a size of a top and wrong order of a pair of trousers and they change the size of the top and give a gift card for the price of trousers. I’m very happy for the fast support and the customer follow. I definetely buy again on this site.

Me being clumsy, I put the wrong delivery address while ordering but all i had to do was text them two words "change address" and received a reply within an hour via email, my problem was solved instantaneously. So well done to the support team ✌🏻.

The customer service helped me a lot since I needed a refund for pants that I bought (I didn’t like the material) but they adviced me to keep the pants since the shipping cost will be very expensive. In the end I kept the pants but got another shirt for free as a compensation
