Items are really bad quality. Asked customer report for refund for items that are wrong size, didn't approve and try to give a coupon instead. Scam company

I had accidentally placed an order with the wrong size so I emailed their support team to see if I can either cancel the order or get it fixed. They were quick to respond and fixed the order details for me so that it could be delivered in the correct size. Super nice and understanding team.

The clothes look great and were delivered fast, and that is pretty much the only good thing.
The zipper from the 2 piece dress broke when I wore it the first time, also something at the shirt broke immediately. The size was right.
The bodysuit was fine until first wash, then the logo on it came off.
I’ve read from other reviews that returning the items would be a long and difficult process so I didn’t even try.
But now every piece of my order is broken before I got to wear it a second time.

Customer support was excellent and very kind when I ordered the wrong size from them, taking only a couple of hours to respond to my email and changed it promptly. Thank you very much!!

Comfortable clothing and when I ordered the wrong size the customer support got back to me and easily helped me with my issue

I accidentally ordered an extra item as I didn’t realise I had it in my cart. I emailed as soon as the order was placed and they were very kind and understanding, allowing me to change it to a different item. Very grateful.

Good quality bodysuits! I got a small instead of an XS, it had good coverage as a small but would reveal my bits if I moved too forward/bent over ,

And fortunately the Small was perfect in size , but it had little coverage for my pubic/lower area… I’m not too into shaving down there

Had a sizing issue with some pants, too tight on my thighs and hips. The guys at NEV Studio were incredibly accommodating and super lovely helping me sort out a replacement size :) clothes are pretty sturdy and good quality too. Some advice if you're woman or have larger hips and thighs, the pants are all men's cut would recommend sizing up to avoid the problem I had.

Accidentally ordered a small cardigan instead of a large, support quickly fixed my order and was professional and nice, actually made me want to go through the effort to review.

Good customer support hoping they add more long sleeve with patterned sleeves stuff at some point.

The support team was very nice to me.
They helped me change the adress of my package when I got it wrong.

For the moment, i have nothing bad to say, i've alway been satisfied with their services, recently i ordered two thing together, unfortunately, one of them got out of stock wich i was sad for it of course.

But! They Kindly contacted me back to propose a solution, (exemple) i had paid 60$ the pant, they offered me to gave me a 60$ + 15$ (75$) code bonus to get another one.

But, i wanted something particular, i did the demand, i asked their service and i got well served.

They gave me a positive answer and they adapted the situation to please myself.

I highly recommend them, im buying on their website since a few years now, i never got deceived. (Maybe juste one time but it was my fault this time).
All the other time the quality of the stuff plus the service they gave me has always been excellent.
I also bought a special streetwear backpack i use almost every single day since 1 year now and it's still completely clean and solid.

I made a few errors with my order and their customer service was amazing and so helpful. Everything I wanted changed was changed and communication was excellent. On top of that the quality of the clothing is amazing for the price. Definitely recommend!!
