Company is not in Germany

This company is based in the Netherlands, not in Germany! Be careful—return shipping costs from Germany to the Netherlands are quite high! A 2.5 kg package costs over 20 euros.

On top of that, my return package couldn’t be located. I used the same carrier, Hermes, and provided the tracking number along with the delivery date. They can’t find my package. Unbelievable.

Be careful if you order from this company.
