Disappointing experience

I used to like this brand a lot for the cute designs and good quality, but when I asked questions about my products they basically ghosted me, they leave the DMs on read, customer service is non existent, all the sunshine image on their socials is just superficial.

Five Star Lingerie, One Star Customer Service

Nette Rose has the most beautiful lingerie, but their customer service is seriously lacking, at least for USA orders. Their timing estimaes for shipping were inaccurate, and only a 14 day return policy isn't good enough when you aren't sure when you are going to receive the item and it is a gift. When we needed to make a return, the return shipping with tracking and insurance was almost the cost of the item. so we kept and will try to sell online. And they do not send you the different size you need -- they send you a gift card so when you order your replacement, you pay shipping and handling on the replacement. Also, they are now adding a note that the Africa mail service is two months backlogged and delivery to a post office which Nette Rose will not pick up from. They don't tell you what happens to your return. I will never buy from them again, and would discourage others from supporting them if you are an international customer since that is the only experience on which I can comment.. I recommend you check out more customer friendly sources.

Nice products, however be aware of potential hidden costs (import taxes for DK)

I am very happy about their beautiful and ethically produced products.

However, I was a bit shocked that one week after the parcel had arrived, I received a bill from FedEx stating that I have to pay ca. 480 DKK import taxes. I complained to Nette Rose because this important information was not communicated transparently on their website. The information, that additionaly fees could possibly apply, was also not stated in the confirmation e-mail of the order. I contacted the customer service of Nette Rose and they finally agreed to pay the import taxes.

I would after all still give Nette Rose 5 stars. Wonderful products and a customer service that answers quickly.
