Terrible quality, arrived damaged
Terrible quality tie and damaged on arrival. It came bent and misshapen as if it had been worn for years. There was even a horizontal crease where a tie clip had been placed. What an absolute joke. Thank god I paid for expedited shipping so I could vet it before my wedding. Won’t send another cent here.
Good and Bad
Pros: I liked the ties and the price.
Cons: One tie was defective and I wanted to exchange, but after 3 emails and one VM, I received no reply.. Customer Service is non-existent. They list a phone number and when you call, they say they do not check the line but you can leave a message. Really? First time I emailed, I got no response. Second time, I got an automated response (which was something at least) but no follow-up. Third time, it said my email could not be delivered (yes, I double-checked the address).
I eventually went through their return process on the site. My options were partial refund (minus shipping) or full refund on store credit. So you only get a partial refund for a damaged product.
Not sure the product is worth the hassle.

We purchased a bow tie and paid for overnight shipping. The bow tie did not arrive on time and when we call to have someone help us no one answers the phone. Also, to submit a refund they do not process the full refund. This is why we never like to buy from any other stores than amazon.

Two charges with no order or receipt
Picked out three ties, plugged in my shipping and card info and when I hit “place order” it said there was something wrong with my card info. Now I have two charges to my bank account with no order. I’ve emailed them and I am waiting for a response.
Great products
I just received my third shipment from this company and I’m very happy with all the ties I’ve gotten so far. They are well-made and very sharp. I get many compliments when I wear these ties.
No deliver
They emailed me that the neck ties I ordered has been delivered but mo delivery has been made and no reply from the my email asking them what happen to my order.
No Shipping Info on Shipping Screen
The shipping info needs to be on the shipping screen, not some random FAQ page. If you are going to have a 1pm EST cut off, which is extremely early, and not have weekend delivery then this information should be stated next to the shipping costs. It's extremely misleading to have neither important details on the shipping screen and have it buried in an FAQ.

The fit is not what it looks like on the images. Horrible return policy. You have to pay a $6.99 fee to return anything even within their return policy.

Terrible quality. 2/5 ties ordered had flaws in them and unwearable, another one just absolutely pathetic quality. They refused to deal with a return, I would have had to pay my own shipping so it wasn’t worth it to bother. Avoid this company.

First tie looked yellow in the photos but turned up gold. I needed yellow. Then realised it costs $7 to return an item. Decided to keep the gold tie for another occasion in the future. Ordered another yellow tie… this one got delayed 3 times in shipping, and so didn’t arrive on time for the wedding. I borrowed a friends.
If you need ties and want to buy them online, buy them somewhere else.
Shipping details are wrong
International Shipping stated 2-5 business days. After 16 days, 12 business days, ties still hadn't left country of origin. Missed the event that ties were needed for.
Absolute joke
Absolute joke. I nearly vomited when I first saw the ties. They are unwearable, they are so cheap and pathetic looking. Absolutely laughable return policy.
Nobody answers emails or phone calls. Total joke all around. Do not buy anything from tie bar. Stay far far away.
Terrible quality, terrible return policy
Terrible quality. I ordered three ties, blue green and red. The blue and green ties were basically black. The red tie was the only one that sort of matched the color depicted on the website and even it was significantly darker than the store picture. The material is stiff and looks like a cardboard cutout of a tie when I wear it. Then Tie Bar charged me a 10% fee to return the items and receive a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. I would NEVER shop here again.
One star is generous
One star is generous. The tie received had a stain on it and was a thin/ flimsy material. Was out of the country so could not return within the time given ( a month after postmarked)

Was not happy with the shirt purchased for my husband. Shirt had arrived with several snags, but I thought I would have my husband try it on any way & exchange it. He did not like how the shirt fit or the material. My opinion is the shirt was damaged/defective & I should receive a full refund. Nope. Charged me $5.99 to return. Beware of size when purchasing & defective merchandise.
Disappointing quality, shirts run very small, no customer service.
I ordered two ties and three shirts. The shirts were ordered in my normal size. The ties were remarkably poor quality. The material was very thin. The shirts were all very small. They fit at the neck but not at my midsection. One shirt's sleeves were short. I went back to the site to do a return and discovered that only one shirt was returnable. The others were on final sale. If this was communicated at the time of purchase, I missed it. I sent an email and immediately received a response that my email was received and someone would get back to me in two days. Didn't happen.
Terrible Awful Service
I shouldn’t have to give 1 star just to write a review….anyway…..I ordered a tie for homecoming on Sept 1st in which I got notified that it was an hour and half from my home on Sept 7th. Guess what still no *^%#ing tie! Never ever again will I order from this company! Ever!!!!
