Weird yet efficient customer inquiries
I have ordered a mobile with Nettalk's monthly mobile subscription. Though, I have received the Sim card but I have not yet received the mobile phone lumia 635 as of yet. My inbox is already flooded with emails from Nettalk as to why you are not using the sim. The weird thing is that nettalk is too much on its toes without realizing that I have not received the phone in which I ought to put sim card, yet receiving emails from Nettalk "Why are you not using it!"

The e-mails you receive are normal service mails, we send to help new customers, they do not make sense in this case where phones are delayed, Im sorry about that.
We will be better in the future to try stop this Automatic messages when they don't make sense.

Dårlig kundeservice
They claim cell fone delivery in 2-4 days but actually it takes 14 days. If you call customer service, they have one simple answer "We can't help you".
Not recommended, if you are looking for "real customer service".

We can help with almost everything, but we have to be honest about the new delayed delivery date and I do not agrre that being honest with the delay is bad Customer service.
We're sorry for the delivery delay and the trouble it have caused our customers, we hadn't expected so huge demand for the offer.

Unfortunately the phone you ordred was out out stock, so the delivery was longer than normally. If you still haven't recieved your phone please contact us. Customer service is open until 18 today.

It's f.. annoying. My number was working for 2 or 3 days and then I cannot call, connect to the Internet.

We will give you a call today and figure things out. I'm not sure but I think the reason you can't call is that your Nettalk account is negative, so you might just have to put money on it, and then you can use your phone again.
