I have purchased a replacement Sumner gazebo canopy in Jan 2024. Yesterday I tried to put my gazebo up and the canopy has ripped in 3 places it cost £50.00
Netta do not want to know. I WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Purchased the Warmer Electric Blanket via Amazon
in Feb 24 and it stopped working in March 25 after only 6 months usage as it is a Winter product. The company (Netta) did not respond when I asked for a refund as the product was not fit for purpose. Cannot recommend this company. Go elsewhere!

A bit of confusion over split delivery but all sorted out via the phone. Very helpful customer services. Products good quality and I am happy with my overall experience.

I’ve owned 2 Netta products, a mini fridge and a tower fan. Both lasted around a year of minimal use before becoming unusable, conveniently just after warranty. I used the mini fridge to store medication, but after putting other items in the fridge there quickly became mould. I put in a temperature sensor and it showed the fridge was not even cold, and therefore my medication became ineffective. The tower fan became exceedingly noisy to the point you couldn’t sleep through it. I contacted customer support, but they were helpless. It’s such a shame, I had trusted other reviews but I can only advice you NOT to buy
