battery from Lyfco e-bike arrived but wouldnt charge. Still waiting for a replacement. It is now 28.04.23 and I notified the problem on 24.04.23 so I find the solution process a bit slow.

Not worth it
Besides the fact that it took almost 6 weeks for the shelf I ordered to arrive, the product was also of pretty bad quality. It looks okay if you don’t look very closely but assembling it was a nightmare when essentially none of the screw holes lined up. Their customer service was nice about the delay even though they didn’t really do anything about it besides compensating me 29€ which would have been quite alright had the product been worth the 300€ i spent and the time I waited, but unfortunately it wasn’t. I’m sure I could return the product and they would be helpful but it wouldn’t be worth the struggle. I hate online shopping.

Fast and efficient!
Easy process to order online. I contacted customer service in regards the plumber for my buildings needs. They were very fast. The delivery was fast and finally the installation was also very fast!
