Overcharged on a boiler repair rate, £75 per 30 mins when they advertise £90 per hour unbeknown to me as they operate out of numerous websites!
Tried to sneak another hours Labour into the cost as well...
Unprofessional service, arrived and then disappeared for 30 min lunch.
Struggled to achieve any follow up service from them.
Wish I never called and hired them in the first place and called manufacturer instead.

We had this company in, and they advised us that it was our pump that was the problem. Charged £80 for this call out. Subsequently bought pump, fitted and heating worked for 10mins - cost £120.00 plus pump. As this company are apparently Vaillant specialists, he should have known exactly what the codes meant, and that it was obvious the boiler was overheating. When we called him to say heating not working, he then said it was probably the heating element..... needless to say would never use this company again. Did not even offer to come and take another look without more charges.

Reliable service and very accommodating. Anayo (and his team mate, Nigel) worked with me to get my boiler and shower installed exactly as I wanted and within the timescales that were convenient. All done at a fair price. Highly recommended!

We needed a plumber urgently and contacted netplumb.co.uk in a state of panic, in the middle of the weekend. Someone came over within a couple of hours and did a very though assessment of the situation. We needed a spare tap, which we obviously had to buy it ourselves the following day (at IKEA, open 7 days a week!), but the plumber (the excellent Anayo) gave us his mobile phone and we sent him images of the tap BEFORE buying it, to ensure it was the correct one... and then we arranged for him to come at an exact time (no eight-hour windows, as with most plumbers...) on the same day, which was still a weekend, to install it, which he did. This kind of service is not what we have ever experienced from any service engineer in the past, and the cost, while not low as such, was actually very competitive, absolutely clear (no 'plus VAT' nonsense), as well as payable by credit card.... so, all in all, a winner. Highly recommended.

Instinct as well as the quotation guided my decision to employ Netplumb to replace and move the boiler to the celllar, not a straightforward nor a comfortable job. Netplumb undertook it in a professional, earnest and helpful manner. From the commencement of works I had no doubt that the outcome would be successful and it would go without snags nor delay which turned out to be the case and came in under budget.
