Everything working fine .....except ITV…
Everything working fine .....except ITV hub no playback or live tv since last update. If i do manage to get any playback it just keeps pausing every 5mins.

Big improvement for the TV
Very happy and working well. My smart TV wasn't so smart so this makes things a whole lot better. The mobile app is a good bonus and great to be able to cast things direct to the TV.

I enjoyed using Netgem because when I was watching MotoGP the quality was good and it wasn’t pausing and it was very smooth. I was also watching the football games on BT Sport and I loved how smooth the video was going and there was no interference.

Brilliant little box
Freeview works well, and has multiple other awesome channels like Fox and Comedy Central for example.
Also has Youtube, Prime, etc.

This is the biggest waste of money and trying to cancel your membership is mine field. Literally everything is a paid account to watch : Amazon, Netflix... and you pay for their box to do so.

You can also find things to watch quicker and easier with Universal search, Amazon Alexa and personal recommendations. we also have the Netgem TV mobile app where you can watch channels on the go and connect as many devices as you like. You can also pause, rewind and record 135 Freeview channels including 15 HD. I have had a look at your account and it seems you are on our special subscription for £3.99 a month which have all the above, also with the current pandemic, we have temporary added premiere sports to your subscription package which is worth £9.99 on its own.
