Needed new remote control for netgem box. First person I spoke to, was not helpful at all. Next day spoke to a different support person who very promptly posted item . Was most helpful and obliging.

Don’t waste your money. My free trail ended in a day. Hardly no channels. Most of them are freeview channels. I expected more when I signed up

Great value TV box
Great box does exactly what I want especially given Premier sports and can use Britbox , which my TV doesn't support. You do need subscriptions to other services, but it's great how it shows them in recommendations.

Issue not accepting memory stick
Initially not accepting memory stick. Once formatted and inserted, keeps asking to insert memory stick. After resetting now works, had to contact manufacturer to resolve.

I can not say I would recommend this…
I can not say I would recommend this service in all the time I had it when I went to use it it was an intermittent service that kept shutting down
Then from out of the blue got contacted to say my payments were in arrears so I cancelled the service and asked for a returns label as agreed after some persistance I eventually got them to agree the returns now not in a months time
I paid the bill I felt I never owed them got an email saying that I needed to return every thing which is fine TIL I read they even wanted the orginal box and after 9 months who has that
So looks like as the they state I’m gonna get a charge now for that too
Sorry but not the service I expected or was promised

The payment you took was on the 17 of the month then ever month after on the 8 th do yes you have taken an extra payment because I’ve already food you for 17 of this month TIL the next but you also required a card payment for it too so I think you really need to look into your accounting side

I received my free box & first month…
I received my free box & first month free subscription. Easy to set up in a few minutes. I've downloaded the app to my android phone but not able to watch on my phone. Is this normal?

Not very good
To be honest it's crap, the apps like Amazon prime will just stop working and close by itself or just stop and all you will see is a blank screen, sometimes I'll click on an app and it won't even load up then it will just take you back to the Freeview screen. No netflix on it, it's cheap for a reason and I'll definitely will be cancelling,
