I bought Nestle pure life water for over a year.After 3 months I started to come out in a rash and have a bad smell coming from my nose.This smell was like a chemical smell and I could not get rid of it.I was told I had a reaction to something but I didn’t know what.so l started to stop eating things and drinking tea and coffee but the smell was still there.my doctor couldn’t get to the bottom of this and I tried many creams to get rid of the rash but every thing failed.last week I decided to stop drinking this chemical water and would you believe my rash and smell has gone away.Nestle pure life water should be taken of the shelf’s because it not fit for human consumption or even animal consumption.Mr Rees

Will be shopping for Mars Sheba cat food from now on, emailed Purina, they got back saying customers asked for packs to be made smaller, 100g to 85g as most owners complained that the cat couldn’t finish, and the food would be left to smell, they also come in plastic pouches now, potentially poisoning my cats? No notice on the box of reduced size, price was the same for 40 pack, picked it up, moved on, got home opened packaging, the felt smaller, now seamed at the bottom same as the top. Shocking, also, people aren’t that stupid that to know that the old foil packaging could be folded over to keep half pack fresh, sometimes my cat would beg for more after 100g pack, so I would sometimes give in, open a pack, give her half, then the other half later (healthy cat, not over weight) that’s 6 packs less in a 40 jumbo pack, imagine the meeting, someone said, why don’t we make the packs smaller, keep the emails where one or two did complain about the pack sizes being too big, and say they were the majority, they won’t know! Well done, let’s do that! Unbelievable, they think we’re as naive as them. I’m done, no turning back, no more Purina products for cats including Go/Cat which they also had after their Felix as good as it looks, now I’m off to watch a YouTube video about Nestle, which my sister sent me after I told her about this scam, titled “Nestle’s Darkest Secret: The disturbing truth”

Truly disgusting and no doubt damaging rubbish!! Everything tastes like s**t and companies that they took over, well their products are wrecked now too. Don't even go anywhere near a Kitkat, it's all gone and no doubt highly dangerous for people to eat so please, avoid it

tl;dr: been buying nesquik strawberry powder for many years, few months ago they change recipe and completely ruined it for no good reason, bought recently when ran out - not suitable for consumption - contacted customer support, they replied "sorry", no refund given/offered.

Now we have two 500g tubs of the "new recipe" to throw away, as I assumed it was a "bad batch" and bought another, later, from a different store, only contacting them afterwards.

Keep your £10.50 if you insist, it'll be the last money from us.

Pity that the lowest is 1 star because I would give 0 stars.
I bought at Poundshop in Poole 2 pkt of Milky Bar Mini Eggs and luckily before I gave to the kids I realised that the Mini Eggs were PLASTIC BALLS, there could have been tragic consequences.
I complained on Nestlé complains link
and gave all details requested such as scan pictures of package and the balls, bar code, batch number, package, time and expiry date.
More than a Month have passed and no reply from Nestlé.
Disgusting attitude for a International Company and it shows that they don't
care for the people that buy their products and keep them in business.

Thank you so much for making vegan kitkats, it's just about my favourite vegan chocolate, I love it !!!!

Seriously what have you done to Dairy Box.
My childhood memories were of delicious chocolates like orange cream, strawberry cream and delicious coffee cream.
All you seem to care about now is continental flavours.
You really have totally ruined them.
I had a big box for Christmas and not one of them was nice. In fact totally awful.

I received a box of black magic every birthday but now they are completely tasteless and bland. A waste of ingredients and packaging.

They are ageist and Rubbish. Caramac was the only decent Chocolate they produced. We will eat only Cadburys from now on.

The purple bar is the most vile bar of chocolate I’ve ever had, we put it in bin. All nestle chocolate tastes like cooking chocolate and ile never buy this rubbish again. Cadbury only from now

Yorkie Easter egg. Doesn't even taste like chocolate. Revolting sweet, oily.

I bought a Milky Bar, Mini Eggs bar, half way through realised not one piece of mini eggs. Looked at remainder and there were four pieces in rest of bar which you could hardly taste so small.
Tried to complain online, the form Won't allow you to enter the Sell by /Use by date nor the production time. It won't let you prove you're not a robot therefore will not accept your form of complaint.

I then tried phoning the 00800 number given online only to be told it wasn't in operation.

Do better Nestle or do you think you don't have to.

Black Magic chocolates:
So many people's reviews echo mine; cheap ingredients, sugar loaded palm oil, soya. Tasteless, claggy, inedible rubbish. Profit and greed rule over the consumers right to a decent product. This will continue until customers stop buying Black Magic Chocolates.
I ate four out of a box. The rest are only fit for the bin. I will never eat Nestle chocolates ever again.

The chocolate now tastes revolting! If I want to treat myself I wont be buying Nestle products any more. If its had the same recipe since 1936, why change it now, and ruin it! So disappointed, it tastes like cheap continental chocolate.

I recently bought some NIDO 'instant full cream milk powder' it tastes like something that went off a long time ago. It is disgusting! The ingredients include Soya lecithin! Really?
I wish I could rate this with no stars, it doesn't deserve any.

Recently Nestle did briefly change back to paper and foil that could be recycled. However, far from improving its packaging Nestle has recently changed its KitKat packaging yet again so that each individual bar no longer has recyclable foil and paper but a non-recyclable wrapper. This means that a multi pack containing more than one pack of bars can have as many as three such wrappers: one on the bar, one on each pack of bars and one holding several packs together. So much for their statement that they will be making all their packaging recyclable by 2025!

Nestle pure life water, multi- packs, 1 or 2 sour bottles in a pack of 12, hard to email them, hard too find a use by date on, testing all 12 bottles in the pack poor quality control would be better, being happening for some time, some water bottles not been filtered in multi- packs

Nestle is an evil company. The way they abuse and mistreat their workers is dehumanising. A good example of a scummy scroogy company. I'm never going to buy their products.
