DPD let down

App is better now easy to order but DPD let me down product did not arrive on time.

Poor Customer Service

No wonder Nespresso get such bad reviews - their customer service is shocking. I can’t buy coffee on their website or their app and have complained 6 times. I’m always given assurances that it will be fixed and nothing ever happens!

Don’t buy the virtuo pop machines…

The virtuo pop machines last three months if you are lucky. The replacement pre-loved machines ( the only option) last maybe two months. They are poorly made - and they dress poor quality up in green wash!

Buying coffee at Nespresso boutiques in…

Buying coffee at Nespresso boutiques in Portugal is painfully slow. There are no self-service machines, and every visit requires signing in again — even for regular customers. A simple coffee purchase consistently takes over 10 minutes, which makes it frustrating and impractical.
Please add self-service kiosks or a quick pick-up option for people who just want to buy capsules without waiting in line. I love the coffee, but the experience is discouraging enough that I now avoid the stores unless I have no choice.

Having experienced their coffee pod…

Having experienced their coffee pod machine in my hotel suite in Bali, I decided to purchase one of them. It didn’t arrive on the expected date. But I called them and a lovely lady explained what was happening, and the machine arrived a few days later. Some times business experience delays due to technical issues, but my order was delivered as quickly as possible without any further delays. Overall a first class experience and I’m very happy!!
Great customer service and a fantastic product!

worst website…

Nespresso must have the worst website ever. It seems that I always encounter a problem. Today, I was ordering 50 originals and it tells me that the minimum order is 50 so I must add 20 more. That would make 70!. I contacted support. Its a known glitch. Then when giving the order to support, the system creates more errors, repeating some orders.
Imagine, one of the biggest companies, charging premium prices, and they can't have a working online store"!

AVOID LOUD CHEAP, not original & NONREFUNDABLE

purchased a machine 1o days ago from nespresso thinking it was made by Magimix but arrived no label & VERY inferiour build & noise, now even though its been 10 days since purchase Nespresso will not accept return for refund as its been opened.
now stuck with a noisey cheap plastic machine from china & £200 out of pocket, great thanks Nespresso !

Not What it Was

Much preferred the Original machine (magimix). Better range of coffee and far better price on pods. When mine broke i changed to Vertuo but have regretted since.
Will search for a brand alternative next time. The Royal Mail recycle is a faff, website rubbish and sent too many emails...this also applies to Nespresso site.
The coffee is good otherwise i doubt they would still be trading based on the rest of the experience.

I ordered the wrong format by mistake…

I ordered the wrong format by mistake and the Nespresso villains won't take them back - as if I am supposed to know what name they call their pods?

Updated: having messaged the Nestle CEO, she kindly agreed to swap out the pods. Appreciate someone in such a high position dealing with my lowly request! Still think they should have a policy which allows pods to be swapped, maybe with a surcharge to cover their costs, like the airlines do.

Absolutely ridiculous experience with…

Absolutely ridiculous experience with Nespresso Portugal online. My order was missing 6 boxes. After 2 phone calls and 1 email, their only response was that they are investigating the issue with the courier and that I have to wait for a response! If the courier has lost their package, that is their problem, not mine. I have paid for the product so they either need to send me the coffee, or refund my money. Should be a simple answer but they just don't get it. Overall, poor customer service that shows a lack of respect for their clients. Makes me want to ditch them and go bean to cup!

Expensive but good

Expensive, but worth it for me. The coffee is delicious and I've gotten a machine for 1€ with a Nespresso plan. They take 40€ per month (for a year) that I can buy my coffee with as a condition, but it works great because we drink a lot of coffee in my home, and we can let the money accumulate and we have 2 years to use it anyway, so we can buy coffee at our own pace that we were going to buy regardless because we love it. We've had a couple of problems but they were solved quickly over the phone. I'm pretty happy with it.

The company with absolute worst website and service

I have a membership, I tried to put in an online order during their Black Friday promotion, couldn’t complete it because the “one or more items in your cart is out of stock”, but there is no indication which items so I couldn’t make the correction. I called the help line, the person on the phone didn’t know English alphabets, I had to spell each items I had on the cart with him ( why can’t he see my cart?!!), but he kept on mixing the words, this painful phone call last forever, then I ended up canceling the order because he refused to let me pay online then pick up the order at a boutique store

Great machine for home office

I bought a Nespresso Vertuo Creatista and although I felt it was expensive it is a game changer for home office and busy life.
The functions are easy to understand and no need to watch over it or know how to use the frother.
Can set reminders on app for pods and descaling which is useful.
Still awaiting the free pods with subscription but loving experimenting with flavours.
