I just had a call with one of your call…

I just had a call with one of your call center representative that was extremely rude ( please check the audio ,time of the call 14:45 / 11.12.2024 ) he wasn t capable to give me any solution to my problem and on top of that was yelling and when i told him i want to talk to the manager he basically hung up the phone . I don t think this behaviour is acceptable from a company like nespresso . I was a customer for almost 4 years and i was about to purchase a new machine but and after this call i don t want to ever have anything to do with this company! I really hope you will look into this problem with your employee behaviour!

Aeroccino cannot froth and customer care ignoring

TLDR; My Aeroccino cannot froth the same milk which a cheap Mjölkskummare can. And the customer care claims the milk quality is not good.

I bought an aeroccino last month. The machine stirs the milk and it heats it up, but it cannot froth it. So I wrote to the customer care and they sent me a spare part which didn't help.

So I wrote to the customer care again, who kept ignoring my compliant and claimed the milk quality was low. While talking to him, I opened a new box of Anglamark Ekologisk Mellanmjolk, used the 1000kr Aeroccino and a 70kr Mjölkskummare from Flying tiger. Aeroccino didn't create any foam but Mjölkskummare did.

I explained this experience to him, but he kept talking about what cows eat and how it affects the foam can differ. I really thought he was trolling me and I guess he wants me to fill a compliant to the milk producer.

They don't let you use your own credit…

They don't let you use your own credit until you make new payments! So in other words pay more money to access your own money, feels like borderline scam to me.

Until that is changed, 1star will remain!

Don't buy their machines.

Don't buy their machines.
I bought one with 2 years payment plan, paying 250 Sek per month per coffee. I can only buy one kind because the rest suck, I bought this because of flexible flavours, nope. Stuck with one kind of espresso.
The other flavours are expensive as well, and recently they added shipping fee, before it was free.
So now if I want 2 cups per day I pay 318 per month. ;)
Yea... I cannot wait to be done in 4 months and give it away and buy a regular coffee machine... Horrible experience I 100% regret it.
Maintenance sucks as well, always have to clean it and sometimes doesn't even start.

Beauty over function...

In my mind, the page is more optimised for optics than it is for shopping. Don't get me wrong. The homepage is really attractive.
When I am on the homepage, it is because I already have a machine and I simply need capsules. That's it. Neither do I need any flashy functions or advanced aesthetics, nor do I want them. I want to concentrate on getting my capsules, and getting out. Fast, convenient, efficient. Alas, I have to endure flashy and aesthetic instead.
If the web designers (or rather their managers) realised that the concept of shopping experience has two words (not just the 'experience' one), people like me would be happier. You know, in, out, stuff done - that kind of possibilities. After all, we're talking about a dozen varieties of coffee. Not a six-figure car or even a spa weekend.

Extremely Dissatisfied with Nespresso's Product Quality, Customer Service, and Misleading Sales Tactics

I have been a loyal customer of Nespresso for the past eight years, having purchased four machines before my recent experience. However, my faith in the brand has been shattered after my latest purchase of the Nespresso Creatista Pro machine from the Nespresso shop at Scandneiva Mall. Not only did the machine fail to meet basic quality standards, but the customer service I received was abysmal. Furthermore, I was misled by a saleswoman who falsely claimed that the machine could make tea, which turned out to be completely untrue.

Having invested a significant amount of 8500 SEK, I expected nothing less than exceptional performance and delicious coffee from the Creatista Pro. Regrettably, the taste of the coffee it produced was extremely disappointing, leaving a bitter and unpleasant flavor that I had never encountered with any of my previous Nespresso machines.

To add insult to injury, I discovered that the saleswoman who assisted me during the purchase falsely claimed that the Creatista Pro could also make tea. Trusting her expertise, I was excited about the prospect of a versatile machine that could cater to my tea preferences as well. However, upon closer inspection of the machine's capabilities, I discovered that it lacked the necessary features to brew tea, rendering the saleswoman's claim completely false and misleading.

The day following my purchase, I promptly reached out to Nespresso's customer service department to request a refund for the defective machine and to express my concerns about the misleading sales tactics employed by their representative. Shockingly, the customer service representative not only refused my refund request but also displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy. The call ended abruptly, leaving me frustrated and feeling disrespected as a long-standing customer.

In light of this experience, I have decided to invest in a coffee machine from a different provider, as I can no longer place my trust in Nespresso's products, customer service

The delivery service is quite good, but communication is a problem

The delivery service is quite good, normally you get your order in one or two days. The app is ok but it can be improved. One issue is that the company does not have an email address. The only way to get in touch with them is by phone call which can be a problem if do speak Swedish. They do not deliver the promotions they offer for instance, with my last order, I was in titled of a free gift, but the order came without this gift!
