Disappointed in quality
The shopping experience was as expected and I was glad to receive a free sticker as a treat. However the item that I received barely resembled the product image on the website, I believed it was a black cardigan of a certain weight of fabric but what I received was a Temu style knockoff in grey. The fabric, though soft is cheap and is already pilling, and the trim does not lie that great, but I am keeping it as it still works. (kind of).

I bought your hoodie in November hoping to have a cool new hoodie to wear over the winter here in South Texas. It is now mid April and your hoodie still hasn’t arrived yet and by the time it does it will live in a closet for the next seven months until it starts to cool off down here again.
