I ordered 60 x 5 metre lengths.
I had telephone conversations with the business owner and he was very helpful and kept me updated on delivery times.
Within a week they were delivered to my driveway and the driver unloaded them,no problems whatsoever.
I highly recommend Neowall.

Ordered 47, 5mtr decking boards up to Scotland.
Excellent quality, good delivery even left a spare board just incase any damage. This will not be my last order, as a landscaper I'm always looking for a reliable supplier, with good delivery times and reasonable prices, definitely found it here, well done guys, keep it up.

can get the samples delivered to me. Paid for delivery and customer service takes ages to answer to finaly say it has been left somewhere behind the bins

Great quality product, usually fast delivery (a few days), good price and free delivery. We have ordered on 3 separate occasions and each time the delivery, although usually fast, has been unannounced!

We have used the Neowall Acoustic Panels on our kitchen ceiling and on a Media Wall - looks really good.

Vertical cuts are best done with a sharp craft knife, cross cuts I used a table saw, a circular saw and a multitool depending on the need. The material in not wood but a form of plastic with the slats able to twist which can bind the saw blade so some care needed.

Quick friendly service

Delivery delay. Change delivery day three times.

Goods not delivered. Very poor communication. Ordered on 2nd, chased up a week later when not delivered. No response, so chased up again, this time told my email had been in spam and order would be looked into. Several days later and still no update or delivery. Very poor service.

Very helpful and accommodating. We had great communication with Tolani who sorted out our order. The product itself is great and just what we needed. The availability of 5m lengths was very helpful as it left no joints in our 4.9m garden room.

Delivery was included in the price advertised. The delivery driver had travelled over 150 miles but was more than happy to drive up a small back lane to the rear of our house. The colour and texture were exactly as advertised and we are very pleased with our purchase

Great experience. Didn’t originally deliver to my area but and they sorted the situation out right away! I also asked if I could pay cash on delivery which they were more than accommodating for. Products were just as shown and described and I’m over all really happy. Especially for price and quality.

Package had damaged panels whilst halfway through a job. Called to inform them, they seemed ok, agreed to replace, said I’d missed that days delivery so said would deliver the following week on the Tuesday. Job delayed until Tuesday, waited until 3pm with no sign of the delivery. Called and spoke to a lady who said she will find out and call back in a few minutes. Never had a call back so called again the following day, given a sorry for not calling back but no reason provided. Then told it would be Thursday for the delivery, job delayed again with time and money lost. No offer of any compensation just a sorry and passing the blame into the original caller. Not impressed!!

Ordered outdoor slatwall couple weeks back and just finished the project. Lovely product and great service.
