I signed up for basic which is free it says but when I’m purchase from recharged.com I thought I can deposit at the online casino site but I have to use my account instead which the “IconCaptcha“ for logging in my account denies me cuz I clicked it wrong so many times the answer it asked me which they make it complicated to choose from! Now my account is 24hr lock down and my verification is still processing as we speak but the fact that I deposit 10$ plus the extra charge is sure glad I didn’t deposit more what a joke! I can’t log in so I can’t give my reference code unfortunately plus none of the emails I send worked so it seems like writing a poor reviews gets their attention quick it seems I just want it be resolve and I won’t even use this garbage of a site ever cuz the review does speak for itself here’s my number 00473209

It’s unbelievably frustrating that I have been waiting over a month to try and verify my account and had £100 sitting there and still not able to get it out.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions this decision is final and I cannot provide any information relating to this case. I will now close this ticket"

NOBODY USE THIS PLATFORM IF YOU HAVE A TICKET KEEP THE RECEIPT AND FILE A COMPLAINT TO THE POLICE, BECAUSE THEY WILL DECIDE RANDOMLY WHEN YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE BLOCKED AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO. It's crazy that they can still operate as a financial service. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY I REPEAT YOU WILL LOSE MONEY
Edit after trustpilot answer: You did not reply to anything, i didn't receive a single answer, and the last mail you sent me was before i wrote this entire review in 12/06/2025. It's crazy how you try to save face lying with these trustpilot replies. My account remained blocked with money in it.

I have two missing deposits that I made to my NeoSurf account almost a week ago. I have emailed the NeoSurf support team multiple times and nobody gets back to me at all.
As there is no other option to contact NeoSurf, I cannot chase this up any further. Very upset with losing my money and would not recommend using NeoSurf to anybody.

I purchased a voucher and immediately attempted to deposit it into my Neosurf account, as I have been doing for years.
Except this time the AUD$100 was not added to my balance.
This was 2 days ago. I submitted a bunch of support agent contact requests without any response and eventually found an email address in the terms and conditions on the website and sent an email hoping it would be received and my issue would be resolved immediately.
But no....so far I have received a generic reply and this morning another reply letting me kniw it will be investigared and they will get in touch when they can.
NEOSURF, you have my money and I need it to be made available asap please!!!
It is a very very simple issue as the transaction receipt for my voucher clearly shows i did deposit it at Neosurf (merchant), to my account balance, and my neosurf account does not show any evidence of this money being added or withdrawn from my account!!
Its ridiculous that I am still waiting for you to fix this!
For a company that handles peoples money directly you think there would be a lot more focus on providing some sort of customer service!
Very bad experience!!

flipping awful, pay 3 pound extra for fees then you need to register an account, if you accidentally type 1 thing wrong, oops your Flippingaccount is blocked. Not to mention you need to litterally verify your identity. like flippinf days is my money not enough you spaz. all of the flippings were forced by trust pilot

Unable to withdraw funds.
My request was rejected 3 times with no explanation.
They didn't respond to my email requesting assistance.
The one time I did get an email from them, they stated that I needed to undergo ID verification, yet when I responded to the email with my ID, it was a no-reply email address and no instructions were provided on how to proceed with ID verification neither is there any option on their website on how to go about doing so.
Neosurf is very likely a scam. Beware.
