Customer service is amazing. I bought a sign about 2 years ago and it was not lighting up anymore. RJ with customer service emailed back and forth with me several times to ensure that I got it working and then worked with me afterward to ensure that everything with the light was working properly. Ordered a neon sign of my company logo. I sent them the graphic as a vector file and they translated it into a sample image of how the neon sign would appear. I was really happy with the design and the neon sign arrived within the timeframe they recommended and was a superb likeness to the design they produced. Really happy with the sign and would definitely order from here again.

I went through the process of designing a custom sign a few months back and the representative I spoke to was very professional and helpful. Delivery was quick considering is a custom design and the sign itself is stunning. I'd recommend the remote colour changing option if you're thinking about it - it's a huge upgrade! Overall very happy with my order 😁

Totally useless.

Made an order weeks ago and had to chase numerous times to find out where it is. Made it very clear I needed it in a specific timeframe.

Eventually asked to wait a few days while they 'locate my order'.

Clearly never made the sign and were just buying time.

Don't order here, it is a scam.
You will pay, but you won't receive the LED Sign, we ordered 8 weeks ago and still didn't receive anything. The company is not responding to emails or anything else. So don't order here!

It is a complete Scam, they are still asking now about order numbers and payements and I paid two monts ago. Please don't order here! Onyl if you like to loose money. Also the people answerering my emails now, they ask the same questions over and over again.

The sign was great and anyone reading this should buy a sign. I doubt you'll regret it.

First order broke, got a free replacement ASAP with kind support

Absolutely love the sign I ordered. Unfortunately the first one I was sent had a fault and customer service arranged a replacement to be sent. Very personable service and the end product is exactly what I wanted!

Bought 3 signs and waited 8 months to receive them.. contacted the company, they ignored me often but when they did reply they refused to refund snd asked me to contact my bank. My bank can refund me within 90 days only, so it took me another 3-8 months to actually get the money back under fraudulent case.

I understand the management “changed” but my last contact with the company was after march 15. So did it change, I wonder!

I absolutely love my neon beach sign it looks so from my dance studio and has a gorgeous pink glow that looks so beautiful 💕💕💕 I will definitely be ordering more.. great quality and so affordable unlike a lot of other companies!!
