well packed and arrived within the time frame quoted

Beautiful artwork bought for my daughter for Christmas. The order was easy to place on the website, I was kept informed by Neon Beach throughout the process. It was delivered within the timeframe quoted and very well packaged. The neon sign has three settings, the top setting is really bright which means the ceiling light does not need to be used.

I thought I would add that I am a genuine customer and am thinking of placing a second order.

Absolute scam. Do not order from here!! They pay people to write reviews for them to drown out the 1 star ones that are real. They just take your money when you order and give you excuses for months about why your product hasn’t shown up. Then they tell you that they can’t issue refunds and to report it as fraud to your bank. This has happened to a ton of people.

I ordered a sign from Neon beach as a gift for my husband, due to Christmas the lead time was longer than expected but after contacting them they got back to me the same day and informed me that it was with the courier and shouldn’t be much longer, they also kept a close eye on this for me to ensure delivery before Christmas. My order arrived on 22/12/22 everything looks fab although I haven’t tested it yet as it’s a gift. Can’t wait for my husband to open it and hang it up. It’s a beautiful neon sign.

I've ordered a 50cm sign for my living room and I have to say it's incredible, wish I could share a pic, it has 3 different light settings, so I keep it at low during the day and it lights up the room extremely well in the evening on medium or max setting. Couldn't recommend enough, and their support team, RJ specifically - what an absolute legend, who dealt with all my impatient enquiries about an update on delivery and troubleshooting.

Good service and great design of "peace" neon sign. Everything works properly.
A little thing is that at the first time we received the sign in wrong size. But the Neon Beach team have shipped the correct size very quickly.

No sign of my sign….chasing and chasing and not arriving. Was told it got sent to someone else. Then told the shipping partner was away. Then sent a shipping tracking link that was fake and led to an error message. Calling my card company….

Excellent product and great customer service

Love my neon beach sign. Totally worth it paying that little more extra to get it multicoloured. I love the fact the sign stating "late night" fits any vibe I want from blue to depict sadness or purple to depict grunge. It fits my room aesthetic perfectly.

I love the variety of neon beach signs as well as it was a hard desicion deciding.

The sign looks fabulous and the team did everything they could to help me sort out an issue with the cables and when that didn’t work they sent me a completely new sign and checked that everything was working perfectly. RJ was A* for help and support. Best customer service I have experienced. Highly recommend Neon Beach :)

I can't say enough about how good this product is! The site is super easy to navigate, and when it arrived I was blown away by the attention to packing and making sure the sign arrived safely and un-damaged. I bought the rainbow sign for my sons bedroom and not only does he love the different colours but it works as a great nightlight too. Would 100% recommend!

Great customer service, website was easy to use, product came very securely packed, and it was a gift so I don’t have a photo of it up but she’s taking it to uni with her in a few weeks because she loves it and doesn’t want to leave it at home!!

5* Obsessed with my new LED Neon Sign, it is truly the statement piece in my home and has received so many compliments already. I love how I can choose between 3 different light settings and was pleasantly surprised at how bright the light can get, completely illuminating the room. Exceeded expectations in every manner.

11/6/22 UPDATE: I am updating my review - my prior review was basically “set expectations low (about waiting time), be happy.” My main gripe was the waiting time for shipment of product. Here are my current thoughts:

Best qualities from neon beach - the quality of product and customer service. I have purchased two items from neon beach, both times I was nervous because shipping time and other negative reviews. To say it simply, their customer service team is awesome and deserve major kudos. If you were in the same position as me and nervous for when your sign arrives, I would just reach out and put your mind at ease. They are really great and more than reasonable.

Cons: shipment time, lack of updates. I signed up to the shop app but for whatever reason, updates were few and far between - my order was set as ‘processed’ even though a month had passed. GRANTED my order ended up shipping within the estimated time, so, maybe I shouldn’t complain.

Overall experience is a 5 - price is probably among the best you’ll find, quality is more than I could have asked for, and I will eventually be ordering a third time while hoping my patience has somewhat improved :)

Sign is awesome, was delivered in a timely manner with plenty of updates along the way. Makes for a great present will definitely be ordering more in the future from these guys!

Really impressed with my neon sign from Neon Beach. It looks amazing in person and was packaged very well to ensure no damage in transit which I thought was great. Super easy to hang up, and I love the three light settings to make the sign dimmer/brighter. Very high quality, great service, would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of making a purchase.
