I find the ladder wobblier than I thought it would be, but so far, no problems. It really needs to people to use it at higher levels.

Parcel delivered to a post code I didn’t know and had to look up on line , 4 miles from my home ( it was due to be left at funeral parlour????? ) and then because it had closed left in a pub opposite
I tried to contact you, was informed that I could not speak to a person so after 4or more on line chats each of which were same. what is your post code ???? when I gave my code was informed they could help I was at wrong post code and because the parcel was delivered it was my problem and nothing to do with your company
I gave up and went to funeral parlour and then on to the pub and eventually found the parcel which didn’t even have my name on it , I don’t think I will be using your company again

It can deliver to the correct address and give a phone number so we can speak to them.

Very easy experience throughout

Fast shipping sturdy moving trolley made with very strong material large well made wheels. Easy to put together. (I had neck strain carrying too many boxes) The wide area for loading up is a perfect size and I can move around with ease. It has a double function in the garden moving plants around! and folds up taking little space in storage well done Neo Direct..I would recommend this moving trolley! Thank you

I bought the egg boiler and even though I had it for a few months,I had only used it about 10 times.I noticed that there was water leaking from underneath and it worried me as its an electrical appliance.
I contacted Neo Direct and explained this to them and that I was also disabled.
They very kindly waved the 30 days return policy and sent me a brand new replacement without having the hassle to return it.
The emails to me were very clear and polite and helpful 10/10 for customer service.........I recommend this company....Thank you
