I received the fan and initially tried…

I received the fan and initially tried to assemble it myself, but I thought some parts were missing, which turned out not to be the case. It was later assembled by a professional and appears to be working well. Although black is not my preferred colour, it looks very nice.

I got 2 of jeepas products

I got 2 of jeepas products. Grinder and a little Smooth operator iron. Very comfortable to use and handy generates adequate heat considering the size of it. Grinder work really well. Grinder is excellent and was good to go. Grinds different tough ingredients and they smooth depending on how you want it. I'm very greatful I purchased jeepas products.

Great quality product

Great quality product. I bought blender and grinder this time and love it. I like GEEPAS products. My previous buy was an Air Fryer and I recommend everyone to invest in GEEPAS instead of costly brands.

If I could give this zero stars

If I could give this zero stars, I would. It’s completely useless—stopped working in under a month and won’t even switch on. I need a quick caffeine fix as a busy mum, and this kettle can’t do the one job it’s meant to. Cheap rubbish. Avoid it. Lesson learned.

Excellent customer service, will buy form you again

I’ve been using this food processor for almost two years, and overall it has been a reliable and efficient kitchen appliance. It handles everyday tasks like chopping, blending, and mixing very well, and it has definitely made food preparation much easier for me.

Recently, I encountered an issue where the screw at the bottom of the jar started rotating, but the blade inside was no longer spinning. This was quite unexpected after such consistent use. However, I reached out to customer service, and I have to say they were very helpful and responsive throughout the process.

Although it took a little over a month to receive the replacement part, they did follow through and resolved the issue, which I really appreciate. Their support and commitment to fixing the problem made a big difference.

Thank you for your service — I’m happy with how this was handled, and I would definitely consider buying from you again.

Geepas Electric blankets and 5 in 1 Blender

I bought Geepass electric blankets and 5 in 1 blender, it arrived earlier than expected. I had challenges with the 5 in 1 blender, contacted the customer service the assistant was Sreya MS, they were very helpful, responded to my queries within 1 working day. They also sent me a replacement part for my blender, thanks to the warranty. The electric blankets are working well. I would rate the customer service and Geepass product 100/100.

6 Weeks Later and Order Still Not Fulfilled

I placed an order for two items on 12 March with next day delivery. Six weeks later, only one item has arrived (23 April), and it was delivered in damaged packaging. Customer service has been extremely poor and has not resolved the issue. This has been a very disappointing experience and I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.
