I can't criticise Nematode Direct
I can't criticise Nematode Direct. Service was as promised. However, I can't bring myself to give 5 stars because it has been so hot and dry since my order arrived that I have not been able to keep the soil moist. For that reason I think I have wasted my money.

Scarid Fly nematodes parcel mis-directed.
Ordered Scarid Fly nematodes from Nematodes Direct. I used the incorrect post code (or rather autofill did) causing the parcel to get misdirected. Samantha at Nematodes Direct fixed the mistake at their expense. Excellent customer service. My thanks to Samantha for her patience.

I've used Nematodes for slug control…
I've used Nematodes for slug control for a few years now and am impressed with how effective they are. Slug numbers have significantly reduced. I concentrate use of the nematodes to the pots/ beds closest to the house (especially near French windows) and around the patio. It is necessary to reapply every 6 weeks. You need to plan ahead and order early (Dec/Jan) for delivery at the start of March when soil temperatures rise.
